 1) ON THE LATEST PLAN SUBMITTAL THE STORAGE SHED
 EXTENSION IS NOW BEING CALLED A CABANA WITH A BATH. A
 CABANA IS CONSIDERED LIVING SPACE AND WILL NEED AN
 IMPACT FEE REVIEW AND A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY IS
 REQUIRED BEFORE THE BUILDING CAN BE OCCUPIED. FBC

 2) THIS IS A CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY FROM A UTILITY TO AN
 R-3. THIS IS A CHANGE TO A HIGHER HAZARD CATEGORY PER
 THE FBC EXISTING BUILDING SECTION 912.3. THE EXISTING
 STRUCTURE IS REQUIRED TO BE ANALYZED AND IS REQUIRED TO
 COMPLY WITH THE WINDLOAD REQUIREMENTS FOR A RISK
 CATEGORY II STRUCTURE. FBC EXISTING BUILDING 907.2
  
 3) THE ROOM WITH THE CLOSET IS CONSIDERED A BEDROOM
 (SLEEPING ROOM) AND IS REQUIRED TO HAVE A WINDOW THAT
 COMPLIES WITH FBC EXISTING BUILDING 912.4.1 (EXCEPTION
 7) AND HAVE A CLEAR OPENING AREA OF NO LESS THAN 4
 SQUARE FEET WITH MINIMUM OPENING HEIGHT OF 22 INCHES
 AND MINIMUM OPENING WIDTH OF 20 INCHES AND A MAXIMUM
 SILL HEIGHT OF 44 INCHES.
  
 4) SMOKE ALARMS IN ACCORDANCE WITH FBCR 314 WILL BE
 REQUIRED. THERE IS ALSO ADDITIONAL ELECTRICAL
 REQUIREMENTS FOR A RESIDENTIAL OCCPANCY.
  
 5) FBC 306.4 FOR REQUIRED HOT AND COLD WATER FOR THE
 BATHROOM.
  
 6) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBC ENERGY CONSERVATION
 SECTIONS 101.4.1 AND 103.2.
  
 7) SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF THE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE
 WINDOWS AS REQUIRED BY DCA RULE 9N-3.
  
 8) SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF AN INSTALLATION SCHEDULE AND A
 KEY PLAN FOR THE STORM PANELS. SPECIFY THE ANCHOR TYPE,
 CONNECTION TYPE AND ANCHOR SPACING. SEE THE ANCHOR
 SCHEDULES ON SHEET 3 OF THE PRODUCT APPROVAL. CITY
 AMENDMENTS 107.2.1 AND 301.1
  
 9) THE PLANS SHOW 2 X 4 CEILING JOISTS SPANNING OVER 11
 FEET, WHICH EXCEEDS THE SPANS ALLOWED BY THE AF & PA
 TABLES. PLEASE CORRECT. FBC R801.2
  
 10) THE VALUE OF WORK ON THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS
 $3900.00. THIS IS TOO LOW FOR THE WORK THAT IS
 SPECIFIED . FOR PERMIT VALUATION PURPOSES THE VALUE IS
 THE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE. PLEASE SUBMIT A COST
 BREAKDOWN INCLUDING LABOR, MATERIALS, DESIGN COSTS AND
 OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AS WOULD BE CHARGED BY A
 CONTRACTOR. CITY AMENDMENT 109.3
  
 11) PLEASE SUBMIT A RESPONSE LETTER INDICATING HOW EACH
 OF THE REVIEW ITEMS HAS BEEN ADDRESSED.
