 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) PROVIDE A SURVEY OF THE PROPERTY. THE SURVEY IS
 NEEDED TO ACCURATELY REFLECT THE DIMENSIONS IN THE SITE
 PLAN. THE DIMENSIONS, PROPERTY LINE, SIDEWALK ETC.
 SHOULD ALL BE ILLUSTRATED IN THE SITE PLAN/RE-STRIPING
 PLAN TO ACCURATELY REFLECT THE DIMENSIONS OF WHAT IS
 EXISTING AND THE PROPOSED CHANGES ON SITE.
  
 2.) THE PARKING REQUIREMENT FOR "HOTELS/MOTELS" IS ONE
 (1) PARKING SPACE PER ROOM, AND ONE (1) PER FIVE (5)
 ROOMS FOR EMPLOYEES. THE PARKING CALCULATION FOR A
 HOTEL/MOTEL SHALL BE REFLECTED IN THE PARKING DATA
 TABLE.
  
 3.) THE LENGTH OF THE PARKING STALL SHALL BE MEASURED
 FROM THE EXTERIOR EDGE OF THE CURB AND NOT THE INTERIOR
 EDGE. PLEASE ADDRESS.
  
 4.) ADD STOP BAR AT ENTRANCE.
  
 5.) A 5 FT. WIDE LANDSCAPE BUFFER SHALL BE PROVIDED TO
 SCREEN THE VEHICULAR USE AREA. A HEDGE SHALL BE PLANTED
 WITHIN THE 5 FT. WIDE BUFFER. (ZLDR S.94-443(C)(2))
  
 6.) "STRIPING" IS SPELT WITH ONE "P". PLEASE CORRECT
 WHERE NECESSARY.
  
 7.) THE MINIMUM DISTANCE FROM THE EDGE OF THE CURB TO
 THE WHEEL STOP IS 2 FT. PLEASE CORRECT IN THE STRIPING
 DETAIL.
