 COMMENTS ARE BEING ADDRESSED. SEVERAL COMMENTS FROM THE
 LAST REVIEW ON 5/23/14 HAVE NOT BEEN ADDRESSED AND ARE
 LISTED BELOW:
  
 1. THE LIGHTING PLAN NEEDS TO DEMONSTRATE COMPLIANCE
 WITH (PREVIOUS COMMENT NOT ADDRESSED):
  
 A. ZLDR SEC. 94-207(D)(8) - ANY SOURCE OF ILLUMINATION
 IN A COMMERCIAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENT (CPD) SHALL NOT
 EXCEED ONE FOOTCANDLE AT OR BEYOND THE BOUNDARIES OF
 SUCH DEVELOPMENT.
  
 B. ZLDR SEC. 94-309(A) - OUTDOOR LIGHTING SHALL BE
 SHIELDED TO REDUCE GLARE AND SHALL BE ARRANGED TO
 REFLECT LIGHT OR GLARE AWAY FROM ALL ADJACENT
 RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS, ADJACENT RESIDENCES, OR PUBLIC
 THOROUGHFARES.
  
 C. ZLDR SEC. 94-310(D) - ANY OPERATION OR ACTIVITY
 PRODUCING GLARE SHALL BE CONDUCTING SO THAT DIRECT OR
 INDIRECT LIGHT FROM THE SOURCE SHALL NOT CAUSE
 ILLUMINATION IN EXCESS OF 0.5 FOOT CANDLES WHEN
 MEASURED IN A RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT.
  
 2. SEPARATE PERMIT IS REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED FOR THE
 LANDSCAPING (PREVIOUS COMMENT NOT ADDRESSED).
  
 OTHER GENERAL COMMENTS:
  
 3. UNITY OF TITLE/UNITY OF CONTROL (AS DETERMINED TO BE
 NECESSARY) FOR THE SUBJECT PROPERTY WILL BE REQUIRED
 PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF A C.O. FOR THIS PROJECT. STAFF
 ACKNOWLEDGES THIS ITEM IS PENDING ADDITIONAL
