 1. THE LIGHTING PLAN NEEDS TO DEMONSTRATE COMPLIANCE
 WITH:
  
 A. ZLDR SEC. 94-207(D)(8) - ANY SOURCE OF ILLUMINATION
 IN A COMMERCIAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENT (CPD) SHALL NOT
 EXCEED ONE FOOTCANDLE AT OR BEYOND THE BOUNDARIES OF
 SUCH DEVELOPMENT.
  
 B. ZLDR SEC. 94-309(A) ? OUTDOOR LIGHTING SHALL BE
 SHIELDED TO REDUCE GLARE AND SHALL BE ARRANGED TO
 REFLECT LIGHT OR GLARE AWAY FROM ALL ADJACENT
 RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS, ADJACENT RESIDENCES, OR PUBLIC
 THOROUGHFARES.
  
 C. ZLDR SEC. 94-310(D) ? ANY OPERATION OR ACTIVITY
 PRODUCING GLARE SHALL BE CONDUCTING SO THAT DIRECT OR
 INDIRECT LIGHT FROM THE SOURCE SHALL NOT CAUSE
 ILLUMINATION IN EXCESS OF 0.5 FOOT CANDLES WHEN
 MEASURED IN A RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT.
  
 2. SEPARATE PERMIT IS REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED FOR THE
 LANDSCAPING.
  
 3. A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT HAS NOT BEEN ISSUED FOR THE
 PROPOSED RELOCATION AND REMOVAL OF TREES. AN
 APPLICATION WAS ORIGINALLY SUBMITTED ON MAY 2012 BUT
 THE $50 FEE WAS NEVER PAID. APPLICANT NEEDS TO OBTAIN A
 TREE ALTERATION PERMIT BY SUBMITTING TWO COPIES OF THE
 CURRENT TREE ALTERATION PLAN AND $50 APPLICATION FEE TO
 THE PLANNING DIVISION.
  
 4. FORMAL SITE PLAN APPROVAL LETTER CONTAINED THE
 FOLLOWING CONDITION OF APPROVAL: "PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE
 OF A BUILDING PERMIT, A UNITY OF CONTROL APPLICATION
 MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE CITY'S SURVEYOR FOR RECORDING.
 PROOF OF THE RECORDED DOCUMENT MUST BE PROVIDED TO THE
 PLANNING DIVISION BEFORE THE BUILDING PERMIT CAN BE
 APPROVED BY ZONING." THE PLANNING DIVISION DOES NOT
 HAVE PROOF OF THIS CONDITION BEING COMPLETED.
 ADDITIONALLY, THE SUBJECT PROPERTY IS CURRENTLY GOING
 THROUGH A REPLAT TO CREATE TWO (2) OUTPARCELS. BICYCLE
 RACKS AND LIGHTING ARE PROPOSED ON BOTH OF THESE
 PROPOSED PARCELS THAT WILL BE DEEDED TO OTHER
 ENTITIES.'
 5. PLAN INCLUDES HANDICAP PARKING SPACE DETAIL ON SHEET
 12 OF 22. DETAIL NEEDS TO INDICATE THE ANGLE OF THE
 PARKING, COLOR OF THE HANDICAP SYMBOL AS WHITE,
 HANDICAP SYMBOL 2' FEET FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE PARKING
 STALL, AND LINES DELINEATING SPACES SHOULD BE CONNECTED
 AT THE BOTTOM. ADDITIONALLY, THIS DETAIL SHOULD BE
 MODIFIED OR AN ADDITIONAL DETAIL PROVIDED FOR THE
 STRIPING OF THE REGULAR PARKING SPACES. PLAN SHOULD
 NOTE THE ANGLE, WIDTH (MINIMUM 8.5'), AND LENGTH OF THE
 REGULAR PARKING SPACES. REGULAR SPACES REQUIRE 4'
 DOUBLE WHITE STRIPES WHICH ARE CONNECTED AT THE BOTTOM
 AND SEPARATED BY 12" (ZLDR SEC. 94-485). DETAIL SHOULD
 BE PROVIDED FOR BOTH ANGLED AND 90 DEGREE PARKING OF
 BOTH REGULAR AND HANDICAP PARKING SPACES.
  
 6. SHEET A1.00 IS MISSING HIGHLIGHTING ONE OF THE
 BICYCLE RACKS TO BE INSTALLED ON THE NORTHERN SIDE OF
 PUBLIX.
