 BEACH FOG (FATS, OILS & GREASE) INSPECTORS TO VERIFY
 THE EXISITNG INTERCEPTOR SIZE AS WELL AS CONDITION TO
 SEE IF THE EXISITNG INTERCEPTOR CAN BE REUSED. THE
 CONCRETE TYPE VAULT INTERCEPTORS ARE TO BE LOCATED ON
 THE EXTERIOR OF THE BUILDING.

 2) IF THE EXISITNG GREASE INTERCEPTOR CAN BE REUSED

 INTERCEPTOR IS SIZED PROPERLY. FOR THE HYDROCEMICAL
 TYPE OF GREASE INTERCEPTORS THERE ARE VARIOUS METHODS
 FOR SIZING. FOR THE CONCRETE TYPE VAULT INTERCEPTORS
 SEE SIZING TABLE 1003.5.1 2010 FBC-P SIZING FORMULA FOR
 RESTAURANTS.
