 COMPRESSIBILITY OF THE SOIL IS IN DOUBT OR WHERE A
 LOAD-BEARING VALUE SUPERIOR TO THAT SPECIFIED IN THIS
 CODE IS CLAIMED, THE BUILDING OFFICIAL SHALL BE
 PERMITTED TO REQUIRE THAT A GEOTECHNICAL INVESTIGATION
 BE CONDUCTED. 1803.6 REPORTING. WHERE GEOTECHNICAL
 INVESTIGATIONS ARE REQUIRED, A WRITTEN REPORT OF THE
 INVESTIGATIONS SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL BY THE OWNER OR AUTHORIZED AGENT AT THE TIME
 OF PERMIT APPLICATION.

 NOTE THAT THE SURVEY DOES NOT PROVIDE THE PROPOSED
 FINISH FLOOR HEIGHT OF THE MECHANICAL ROOM, WASH
 TUNNEL, VENDING ROOM,OR WASHER ROOM.
  
 . A FLOOD ELEVATION CERTIFICATE WILL BE REQUIRED.
 PLEASE REVIEW CITY ORDINANCE FOR THE CITY REQUIREMENTS
 REQUIRE AN ADDITIONAL 6 INCHES OF ELEVATION ABOVE THE
