 1. SITE PLAN WITH SITE DETAILS (FAR, OPEN SPACE,
 PARKING CALCULATION, ETC.) HAS NOT BEEN INCLUDED.
 PLEASE REVISE
  
 2. PARKING DETAIL ON SHEET 3 OF 16 DOES NOT CONTAIN THE
 CORRECT STRIPING DETAIL FOR THE CITY OF WEST PALM
 BEACH.
 A. ALL LINES SHOULD BE DOUBLE STRIPED AND CONNECTED AT
 THE BOTTOM. STRIPES SHOULD BE 4' WIDE AND SEPARATED BY
 12'. YOU CAN CONTACT PLANNING AND ZONING FOR A COPY OF
 THE DETAIL.
 B. THE STRIPING DETAIL SHOWS 9' WIDE SPACES, HOWEVER,
 THE SITE PLAN SHOWS THE SPACES AS 8.5' WIDE.
 ADDITIONALLY, THE THREE (3) SPACES SOUTH OF THE
 HANDICAP PARKING SPACE ARE SHOWN AS 9' WIDE, BUT
 DIMENSIONALLY WILL NOT FIT IN THAT AREA. PLEASE REVISE.
 C. NO STRIPING DETAIL WAS PROVIDED FOR THE ANGLED
 PARKING SPACES. PLEASE REVISE.
  
 3. PLAN SHOWS WHEEL STOPS, BUT NO WHEEL STOP DETAIL WAS
 PROVIDED. PLEASE REVISE.
  
 4. PLAN DID NOT INCLUDE A DETAIL FOR THE BICYCLE
 PARKING. PLEASE REVISE.
  
 5. PLAN SHOWS DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE BUT NO DETAIL WAS
 INCLUDED. PLEASE REVISE.
  
 6. SITE PLAN DOES NOT MATCH PROPOSED BUILDING AT THE
 LOCATION OF THE 'FRONT OFFICE'. THE BUILDING PLANS SHOW
 AN ADDITIONAL BATHROOM NEXT TO THE FRONT OFFICE. PLEASE
 VERIFY SIZE OF THE STRUCTURE AND ANY IMPACT TO THE SITE
 PLAN.
  
 7. SUBMITTAL PACKET NEEDS TO INCLUDE SURVEY OF THE
 PROPERTY.
  
 8. THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS FINAL ORDER FOR THE
 SUBJECT PROJECT REQUIRES CREATION OF A CROSS ACCESS
 EASEMENT ALONG THE NORTHEAST DRIVEWAY TO PROVIDE FOR
 FUTURE CONNECTION FOR VEHICULAR CIRCULATION. THIS
 EASEMENT DOCUMENT HAS NOT YET BEEN RECEIVED.
  
 9. A SEPARATE PERMIT FOR THE LANDSCAPING SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED.
  
 10. A CONDITION OF SITE PLAN APPROVAL STATED THAT
 VERTICAL DATUM NEEDED TO BE INDICATED ON THE
 ENGINEERING PLANS AND DOES NOT APPEAR TO HAVE BEEN
 ADDRESSED.
  
 11. WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE 24" CONCRETE FLUME IN
 THE NORTHEAST LANDSCAPE ISLAND?
