 WALLS AND OR ROOF AREAS. 2010 FBC-B P] 1503.4 ROOF
 DRAINAGE. UNLESS ROOFS ARE SLOPED TO DRAIN OVER ROOF
 EDGES, DESIGN AND INSTALLATION OF ROOF DRAINAGE SYSTEMS
 SHALL COMPLY WITH SECTION 1503 AND THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, PLUMBING, CHAPTER 11. PROVIDE THE 100 YEAR, 1
 HOUR RAIN FALL FOR THIS AREA AND SIZE ROOF DRAINAGE
 INACCORDANCE WITH TABLES 1106.2(1) VERTICAL AND 1106.3
 FOR HORIZONTAL RUNS.
  
 2) SHEET SHEET A2-1 THE FRONT OFFICE HAS A TOILET ROOM
 DIRECTLY BEHIND THE OFFICE, WHICH IS NOT ACCESSIBLE AS
 THE OTHER 2 RETROOMS LOCATED ON THE FIRST FLOOR. PLEASE
 REVIEW
 2010 FL ACCESS CODE 213.2 TOILET ROOMS AND BATHING
 WHERE TOILET ROOMS ARE PROVIDED, EACH TOILET ROOM SHALL
 COMPLY WITH 603. WHERE BATHING ROOMS ARE PROVIDED, EACH
 BATHING ROOM SHALL COMPLY WITH 603.
 EXCEPTION # 4. WHERE MULTIPLE SINGLE USER TOILET ROOMS
 ARE CLUSTERED AT A SINGLE LOCATION, NO MORE THAN 50
 PERCENT OF THE SINGLE USER TOILET ROOMS FOR EACH USE AT
 EACH CLUSTER SHALL BE REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH 603. THE
 RESTROOM BEHIND THE OFFICE IS A SEPERATE CLUSTER ANAD
 WOULD NEED TO BE ACCESSIBLE.
  
 3) THE BATHROOM UPSTAIRS IS SHOWN TO BE A ACCESSIBLE
 BATHROOM WITH A ROLLIN SHOWER, NO CURB IS SHOWN. THE
 PLANS DO NOT INDICATE WHAT MATERIAL THE SHOWER LINER
 WILL BE MADE OF AND WHAT WILL STOP THE WATER FROM GOING
 OUT ONTO THE FLOOR. 2010 FBC-P 312.9.
  
 4) NONE OF THE PLUMBING SHEETS INDICATE HOW THE CITY'S
 WATER SUPPLY WILL BE PROTECTED SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH
 2010 FBC-PLUMBING 312.10 INSPECTION AND TESTING OF
 BACKFLOW PREVENTION ASSEMBLIES. INSPECTION AND TESTING
 SHALL COMPLY WITH SECTIONS 312.10.1 AND 312.10.2.
 312.10.2 TESTING. REDUCED PRESSURE PRINCIPLE BACKFLOW
 PREVENTER ASSEMBLIES, DOUBLE CHECK-VALVE ASSEMBLIES,
 PRESSURE VACUUM BREAKER ASSEMBLIES, REDUCED PRESSURE
 DETECTOR FIRE PROTECTION BACKFLOW PREVENTION
 ASSEMBLIES, DOUBLE CHECK DETECTOR FIRE PROTECTION
 BACKFLOW PREVENTION ASSEMBLIES, HOSE CONNECTION
 BACKFLOW PREVENTERS, AND SPILL-PROOF VACUUM BREAKERS
 SHALL BE TESTED AT THE TIME OF INSTALLATION AND
 IMMEDIATELY AFTER REPAIRS OR RELOCATION. THE TESTING
 PROCEDURE SHALL BE PERFORMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ONE OF
 THE FOLLOWING STANDARDS:
 ASSE 5013, ASSE 5015, ASSE 5020, ASSE 5047, ASSE 5048,
 ASSE 5052, ASSE 5056, CSA B64.10 OR CSA B64.10.1.
  
 608.5 CHEMICALS AND OTHER SUBSTANCES.
 CHEMICALS AND OTHER SUBSTANCES THAT PRODUCE EITHER
 TOXIC CONDITIONS, TASTE, ODOR OR DISCOLORATION IN A
 POTABLE WATER SYSTEM SHALL NOT BE INTRODUCED INTO, OR
 UTILIZED IN, SUCH SYSTEMS.
  
 608.6 CROSS-CONNECTION CONTROL.
 CROSS CONNECTIONS SHALL BE PROHIBITED, EXCEPT WHERE
 APPROVED PROTECTIVE DEVICES ARE INSTALLED.
  
 5) SHEET P1 DOES NOT PROVIDE DETAILS FOR THE TRENCH
 DRAIN FOR THE CAR WASH NOR DOES THE PLAN INDICATE HOW
 COMPLIANCE WITH 1003.4.2 OIL SEPARATOR DESIGN.
 OIL SEPARATORS SHALL BE DESIGNED IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 SECTIONS 1003.4.2.1 AND 1003.4.2.2.
  
 1003.4.2.1 GENERAL DESIGN REQUIREMENTS.
 OIL SEPARATORS SHALL HAVE A DEPTH OF NOT LESS THAN 2
 FEET (610 MM) BELOW THE INVERT OF THE DISCHARGE DRAIN.
 THE OUTLET OPENING OF THE SEPARATOR SHALL HAVE NOT LESS
 THAN AN 18-INCH (457 MM) WATER SEAL.
  
 1003.4.2.2 GARAGES AND SERVICE STATIONS.
 WHERE AUTOMOBILES ARE SERVICED, GREASED, REPAIRED OR
 WASHED OR WHERE GASOLINE IS DISPENSED, OIL SEPARATORS
 SHALL HAVE A MINIMUM CAPACITY OF 6 CUBIC FEET (0.168
 M3) FOR THE FIRST 100 SQUARE FEET (9.3 M2) OF AREA TO
 BE DRAINED, PLUS 1 CUBIC FOOT (0.28 M3) FOR EACH
 ADDITIONAL 100 SQUARE FEET (9.3 M2) OF AREA TO BE
 DRAINED INTO THE SEPARATOR. PARKING GARAGES IN WHICH
 SERVICING, REPAIRING OR WASHING IS NOT CONDUCTED, AND
 IN WHICH GASOLINE IS NOT DISPENSED, SHALL NOT REQUIRE A
 SEPARATOR. AREAS OF COMMERCIAL GARAGES UTILIZED ONLY
 FOR STORAGE OF AUTOMOBILES ARE NOT REQUIRED TO BE
 DRAINED THROUGH A SEPARATOR.
  
 THE PLANS INDICATE TO BE DESIGNED BY OTHERS.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION &
 REMOVE & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL
 LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH
 A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE
 SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE
