 THIS PLAN HAS BEEN APPROVED PROVISIONALLY. FAILURE TO
 CORRECT THE LISTED DEFICIENCIES IN THIS PLAN PRIOR TO
 INSPECTION WILL RESULT IN FAILED INSPECTION(S) AND THE
 ASSESSMENT OF RE-INSPECTION FEE(S). REVISIONS REQUIRE

 FUEL GAS, GENERATOR, FIRE SPRINKLER, FIRE ALARM,
 LOWVOLTAGE, AWNINGS AND SIGNAGE PLANS WITHIN THE
 SUBMITTED DOCUMENTS.
 THESE TYPE OF ACTIVITIES REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT
 APPLICATION, REVIEW AND ASSOCIATED FEES. PLEASE BACK
 OUT THE VALUE OF WORK TO BE COMPLETED UNDER EACH OF
 THESE PERMITS SO THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT DOES NOT
 CHARGE YOU TWICE FOR THESE SERVICES. 2010 WEST PALM

 THE FIRST COMMENT ASKED WHY THER WAS STORAGE BINS IN
 THE CORRIDOR, THE RESPONSE INDICATES THESE ARE SOILED
 LAUNDRY BINS.
 SOILED LAUNDRY IS CONSIDERED AN INCIDENTIAL ACCESSORY
 OCCUPANY IN ITSELF, AND IS TO BE SEPARATE WITHIN A
 ROOM, NOT IN A EXIT ACCESS COORIDOR,
 SEE THE 2010 FBC-B TABLE 508.2.5. IT STATES THAT
 LAUNDRY ROOMS ARE TO BE SEPARATED BY 1 HR ROOM OR
 PROVIDE FIRE SPRINKLERS. PLEASE REVIEW 508.2.5.2
 NONFIRE-RESISTANCE-RATED SEPARATION AND PROTECTION.
 WHERE TABLE 508.2.5 PERMITS AN AUTOMATIC
 FIRE-EXTINGUISHING SYSTEM WITHOUT A FIRE BARRIER, THE
 INCIDENTAL ACCESSORY OCCUPANCIES SHALL BE SEPARATED
 FROM THE REMAINDER OF THE BUILDING BY CONSTRUCTION
 CAPABLE OF RESISTING THE PASSAGE OF SMOKE. THE WALLS
 SHALL EXTEND FROM THE TOP OF THE FOUNDATION OR FLOOR
 ASSEMBLY BELOW TO THE UNDERSIDE OF THE CEILING THAT IS
 A COMPONENT OF A FIRE-RESISTANCE-RATED FLOOR ASSEMBLY
 OR ROOF ASSEMBLY ABOVE OR TO THE UNDERSIDE OF THE FLOOR
 OR ROOF SHEATHING, DECK OR SLAB ABOVE. DOORS SHALL BE
 SELF- OR AUTOMATIC-CLOSING UPON DETECTION OF SMOKE IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 715.4.8.3. DOORS SHALL NOT HAVE
 AIR TRANSFER OPENINGS AND SHALL NOT BE UNDERCUT IN
 EXCESS OF THE CLEARANCE PERMITTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 NFPA 80. WALLS SURROUNDING THE INCIDENTAL ACCESSORY
 OCCUPANCY SHALL NOT HAVE AIR TRANSFER OPENINGS UNLESS
 PROVIDED WITH SMOKE DAMPERS IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION

 THIS IS AN ASSEMBLY OCCUPANCY PLEASE PROVIDE A
 FURNATURE LATOUT. SHEET A3.00 DOES NOT INCLUDE THIS
 ROOM IN THE PLUMBING FIXTURE COUNT. DEPENDING ON THE
 USAGE THIS MAY BE CONSIDERED EIHER AN A2 OR A3, IF
 CONSIDERED MORE AS A LOUNGE A-2 THE WATER CLOSET RATIO
 WILL BE 1/40 REQUIRING ADDITIONAL FIXTURES.

 THROUGH INTERVENING SPACES. 4. EGRESS SHALL NOT PASS
 THROUGH KITCHENS, STORAGE ROOMS, CLOSETS OR SPACES USED

 CHUTE DOOR IS IDENTIFIED AS T26. PLEASE REVIEW THE DOOR
 SCHEDULE ON A14.01, T26 IS FOR THE ICE ROOM NEXT TO THE
 LAUNDRY CHUTE, THAT DOES NOT HAVE ANY DOOR, NOR IS THE

 SHOW THE ACCESS TO THE ACCESS CHUTE DOOR LOCATED WITH
 THE CORRADOR. PLEASE CONFORM WITH:

 ROOMS.
 ACCESS OPENINGS FOR REFUSE AND LAUNDRY CHUTES SHALL BE
 LOCATED IN ROOMS OR COMPARTMENTS ENCLOSED BY NOT LESS
 THAN 1-HOUR FIRE BARRIERS CONSTRUCTED IN ACCORDANCE

 THERE SHOW HOW THE SPRINKLER HEAD HAS ACCESSIBILITY FOR
 MAINTENANCE.
 SHEET A7.15 THE LINEN CHUTE DETAILS DO NOT MENTION THE
 REQUIREMENT OR ANY ALLOWANCES FOR FIRE SPRINKLERS IN
 THE LINEN CHUTE. THE FIRE SPRINKLER SHEETS ONLY PROVIDE
 A DEAIL ON FP0.01 INDICATING SERVICE CHUTE DETAIL.
 708.13.6 AUTOMATIC SPRINKLER SYSTEM.
 AN APPROVED AUTOMATIC SPRINKLER SYSTEM SHALL BE
 INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 903.2.11.2 F]
 903.2.11.2 RUBBISH AND LINEN CHUTES.
 AN AUTOMATIC SPRINKLER SYSTEM SHALL BE INSTALLED AT THE
 TOP OF RUBBISH AND LINEN CHUTES AND IN THEIR TERMINAL
 ROOMS. CHUTES EXTENDING THROUGH THREE OR MORE FLOORS
 SHALL HAVE ADDITIONAL SPRINKLER HEADS INSTALLED WITHIN
 SUCH CHUTES AT ALTERNATE FLOORS. CHUTE SPRINKLERS SHALL

 THE LAUNDRY CHUTE DETAIL SHEET ALSO DOESN'T MAKE

 THE RECESSED FIRE EXTINGUISHER BOXES ARE LOCATED ON THE
