 1.) PLEASE CLARIFY THE VALUE OF THE SCOPE OF WORK
 (DRIVEWAY AND WALKWAYS) AT $50,000.
  
 2.) EASEMENT CONSENT FOR ALL THE STRUCTURAL
 ENCROACHMENTS (I.E. DRIVEWAY, WALKWAYS, A/C UNIT, POOL
 EQUIPMENT, STEPS, GARDEN/RETAINING WALL, GENERATOR AND
 POOL PATIO.) IN THE 10 FT. U.E. (ALONG WEST PROPERTY
 LINE) AND THE 7 FT. U.E. (ALONG SOUTH PROPERTY LINE) IS
 REQUIRED FROM THE FOLLOWING UTILITY PROVIDERS: AT&T,
 FPU, FL&L AND COMCAST CABLE COMMUNICATIONS. THE PLANS
 WILL NEED TO BE REVIEWED BY THE UTILITY PROVIDERS TO
 ENSURE THAT THE PROPOSED STRUCTURES DO NOT INTERFERE
 WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THEIR SERVICES, AND THAT ANY
 REPAIR/REPLACEMENT WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE
 PROPERTY OWNER. PROVIDE WRITTEN STATEMENTS FROM ALL
 UTILITY PROVIDERS.
  
 PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY CHANGES ON THE RESUBMITTED PLANS
