 PERMIT A NON-CODE COMPLIANT STRUCTURE?
  
 THERE IS NO DESIGN CRITERIA HOW IS STRUCTURE WAS
 DESIGNED TOO?
  
 THERE IS NO WIND SPEED DESIGN CRITERIA NOR IS THERE ANY
 HOLD DOWN INFORMATION TO KEEP THE STRUCTURE FROM
 OVERTURNING.
  
 2010 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION, 107.3.5 MINIMUM PLAN
 REVIEW CRITERIA FOR BUILDINGS. THE EXAMINATION OF THE
 DOCUMENTS BY THE
 BUILDING OFFICIAL SHALL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING MINIMUM
 CRITERIA AND DOCUMENTS: A FLOOR PLAN; FOUNDATION PLAN;
 FLOOR/ROOF FRAMING PLAN OR TRUSS LAYOUT; ALL
 FENESTRATION PENETRATIONS;
 FLASHING; AND ROUGH OPENING DIMENSIONS; AND ALL
 EXTERIOR ELEVATIONS:
 107.3.5.1 COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS:
 OCCUPANCY GROUP AND SPECIAL OCCUPANCY REQUIREMENTS
 SHALL BE DETERMINED.
 3. MINIMUM TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE DETERMINED
 (SEE TABLE 503).
 4.8. STRUCTURAL REQUIREMENTS SHALL INCLUDE:
