 THE CLUBHOUSE PERMIT (13051012) ADDRESS 290 COURTNEY
 LAKES, THEY SHOW AS REVISION # 2 UNDER THE
 ARCHITECTURAL, AND REVISION # 1 UNDER THE ELECTRICAL &
 PLUMBING SHEETS. TO BE REVIEWED UNDER A REVISION TO THE
 CLUBHOUSE PERMIT. 2010 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO
 THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION,
 2010 EDITION 107.3.4.2 DEFERRED SUBMITTALS,
 (REVISIONS).
  
 2) CIVIL AND HARDSCAPE PLANS WERE ALSO SUBMITTED WHICH
 ARE NOT PART OF THE POOL PACKAGE, PLEASE REMOVE THESE
 PLANS ANS SUBMIT UNDER THE APPROPRIATE PERMIT OR
 REVISION. NOTE THE POOL FENCE AND POOL DECK WILL NEED
 TO SUBMIT SEPERATE PLANS FOR REVIEW AT THIS TIME IT CAN
 NOT BE DETERMINED WHAT PLANS ARE TO BE REVIEWED UNDER
 WHICH PERMIT, THERE ARE CIVIL PLANS SUBMITTED SHOWING
 THE UNDERGROUND FIRE LINES? 2010 WEST PALM BEACH
 AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1,
 ADMINISTRATION, 2010 EDITION 107.2.1.3 ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.

 SWIMMING POOL WATER SURFACE AND THE POOL DECK USING 30
 GROSS SEE 2010
 FBC-B TABLE 1004.1.1.
  
 4) UNDER THE FAIR HOUSING ACT DESIGN MANUAL, CHART 2.4
 DIAGRAM 2.8 A SWIMMING POOL MUST BE LOCATED ON AN
 ACCESSIBLE ROUTE, BUT THERE IS NO REQUIREMENT THAT AN
 ACCESSIBLE ROUTE BE PROVIDED INTO THE POOL. IN
 ADDITION, A DOOR OR GATE ACCESSING THE POOL MUST MEET
 REQUIREMENT 3 AND THE ROUTE MUST PROVIDE ACCESS TO THE
 DECK AROUND THE POOL.
 WILL THERE EVER BE WHERE THE CLUBHOUSE OR FITNES CENTER
 BE RENTED OUT OR USED BY THE PUBLIC WHERE THE POOL
 WOULD NEED TO COMPLY WITH THE 2010 FL ACCESSIBILITY
 CODE SECTION 1009.2 POOL LIFTS?
  
 5) UNABLE TO LOCATE DETAILS FOR FOUNTAIN AS TO SIZE,
 LOCATION OF FOUNTAIN AND PIPING AND PUMPS TYPE OF HEADS
 IN THE FOUNTAIN. 107.2.1.3 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS
 REQUIRED. REMOVE THE UNNECESSARY PLANS FORM THE POOL
 AND FOUNTAIN PERMIT.
