 TENANT SUITE NUMBER. 2010 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO
 THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION,
 2010 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY
 TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, ALSO WPB MUNI CODE SECTION
 78-6 & FBC-B 501.2.
  
 2) PB OUTLET MALLS:
 A LETTER FROM THE QUALIFIER OF BOTH THE SHELL
 CONTRACTOR (EMJ CORPORATION) AND TENANT BUILD-OUT
 CONTRACTOR MUST BE PROVIDED BEFORE TENANT BUILD-OUT
 PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED, IF THE TENANT BUILD-OUT
 CONTRACTOR WISHES TO START WORK BEFORE THE SHELL WORK
 HAS RECEIVED A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION, AGREEING THEY
 WILL WORK TOGETHER TO ACHIEVE CODE COMPLIANCE. THESE
 DOCUMENTS WILL NEED TO BE SIGNED BY THE QUALIFIER.
  
 3) THE PLANS DO NOT HAVE THE STAMP APPROVED BY THE NEW
 ENGLAND DEVELOPMENT PALM BEACH OUTLET SKY GROUP TENANT
 COORDINATION.
  
 4) SHEET A0.3 NOTE 7 INDICATES FUTURE CUSTOMER FITTING
 ROOM WHEREAS SHEET AA.2.2-4 DETAIL 1 INTRODUCES THIS
 AREA AS WOMENS DRESSING ROOMS. NO FITTING ROOMS ARE
 INDICATED ON PLANS FOR MEN OR HANDICAPPED MEN. PLEASE
 REVIEW:

 NOTHING IN THESE REQUIREMENTS PREVENTS THE USE OF
 DESIGNS, PRODUCTS, OR TECHNOLOGIES AS ALTERNATIVES TO
 THOSE PRESCRIBED, PROVIDED THEY RESULT IN SUBSTANTIALLY
 EQUIVALENT OR GREATER ACCESSIBILITY AND USABILITY.
 DEPARTURE FROM THE EXPLICIT TECHNICAL AND SCOPING
 REQUIREMENTS OF THIS CODE FOR ANY ELEMENT VOIDS ANY
 OTHERWISE APPLICABLE PRESUMPTION OF REBUTTABLE EVIDENCE
 THAT THE ELEMENT HAS BEEN CONSTRUCTED OR ALTERED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE MINIMUM ACCESSIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
 OF THE ADA.

 THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR DEMONSTRATING EQUIVALENT

 MEETS OR EXCEEDS THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF TITLE III
 OF THE ADA FOR ACCESSIBILITY AND USABILITY OF
 FACILITIES COVERED BY TITLE III. CERTIFICATION PROVIDES
 PRIVATE ENTITIES, COMPLYING WITH THE FLORIDA CODE A
 ?PRESUMPTION OF REBUTTABLE EVIDENCE? OF COMPLIANCE WITH
 THE ADA TITLE III REGULATIONS. HOWEVER, THE
 ?PRESUMPTION? APPLIES ONLY IF THE EXPLICIT REQUIREMENTS

 5) SHEET A5.1 INDICATES THE USE OF CARPET THROUGH OUT
 THE STORE, THERE ARE 2 NOTE THAT DEAL WITH CARPET BUT
 NONE THAT INDICATE CONFORMANCE WITH 2010 FBC-B
 804.4.1 MINIMUM CRITICAL RADIANT FLUX.
 INTERIOR FLOOR FINISH AND FLOOR COVERING MATERIALS IN
 EXIT ENCLOSURES, EXIT PASSAGEWAYS AND CORRIDORS SHALL
 NOT BE LESS THAN CLASS I IN GROUPS I-1, I-2 AND I-3 AND
 NOT LESS THAN CLASS II IN GROUPS A, B, E, H, M, R-1,
 R-2 AND S. IN ALL AREAS, FLOOR COVERING MATERIALS SHALL
 COMPLY WITH THE DOCFF-1 ?PILL TEST? (CPSC 16 CFR, PART
 1630).
  
 EXCEPTION: WHERE A BUILDING IS EQUIPPED THROUGHOUT WITH
 AN AUTOMATIC SPRINKLER SYSTEM IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 SECTION 903.3.1.1 OR 903.3.1.2, CLASS II MATERIALS ARE
 PERMITTED IN ANY AREA WHERE CLASS I MATERIALS ARE
 REQUIRED, AND MATERIALS COMPLYING WITH THE DOC FF-1
 ?PILL TEST? (CPSC 16 CFR, PART 1630) ARE PERMITTED IN
 ANY AREA WHERE CLASS II MATERIALS ARE REQUIRED.
  
 6) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS NECESSARY. A
 TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT
 NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION MADE,
