 PLEASE PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSES TO COMMENTS.
  
 1) REPEAT COMMENT: PROVIDE A RECENT SURVEY, LESS THAN
 ONE YEAR OLD, WHICH INCLUDES THE LOCATIONS OF THE
 EXISTING TREES ALONG LAKE AVENUE AND THE EXISTING LIGHT
 POLES. THE SURVEY SHALL BE TO SCALE WITH ALL DIMENSION
 LINES SHOWN. THE PLANS PROVIDED WERE SIGNED AND SEALED
 BY AN ENGINEER AND NOT A SURVEYOR. THE SUBMITTED PLANS
 DO NOT MATCH THE OBSERVED SITE CONDITIONS (EXISTING
 TREES NOT SHOWN ON PLANS) AND THE PROPERTY LINE DOES
 NOT MATCH AN OLDER PLAN FOR THE SITE. THE SETBACKS AND
 ROAD CENTER LINE ARE IN QUESTIONS WITHOUT A SURVEY.
  
 2) REVISED COMMENT: IT IS STATED THAT AN EXISTING TREE
 WILL BE REMOVED TO INSTALL NEW POLE G1. YOU MAY NOT
 REMOVE A REQUIRED BUFFER TREE TO INSTALL A LIGHT POLE
 UNLESS THE PLANNING DIVISION HAS APPROVED A TREE
 ALTERATION PERMIT. THE REMOVED TREE SHALL BE
 RELOCATED/REPLACED WITHIN THE BUFFER. STAFF RECOMMENDS
 THAT THE POLES SHALL BE PLACED TO AVOID REMOVING OR
 RELOCATING TREES.
  
 3) REPEAT COMMENT: THE SOUTHERN A2 POST IS ON PARCEL
 74434404000020010. A SEPARATE PERMIT APPLICATION FOR
 THE WORK ON THE 2ND PARCEL IS REQUIRED. THE SAME PLANS
 MAY BE USED FOR BOTH. ZONING WILL NOT APPROVE THIS
 PERMIT APPLICATION UNTIL THE APPLICATION FOR THE OTHER
 PROPERTY IS SUBMITTED.
  
 4) THE FOLLOWING PREVIOUS COMMENTS APPEAR TO HAVE BEEN
 ADDRESSED, BUT ARE PENDING FINAL VERIFICATION BASED ON
 THE SURVEY.
  
 A. THE SITE PLAN (OR MARKED UP SURVEY) SHALL SHOW THE
 PROPOSED NEW AND REPLACEMENT LIGHT POLES WITH THEIR
 DIMENSIONS FROM THE PROPERTY LINES. PLEASE NOTE THAT
 NEW AND REPLACEMENT POLES SHALL BE LOCATED A MINIMUM OF
 5 FEET FROM THE PROPERTY LINE.
 B. THE PHOTOMETRIC PLAN SHALL CLEARLY SHOW THE
 CENTERLINE OF LAKE AVENUE. HALF OF LAKE AVENUE ABUTTING
 THE SOUTH PORTION OF THE SITE IS RESIDENTIALLY ZONED.
 THE PHOTOMETRIC CALCULATIONS SHALL BE PROVIDED TO THE
 MIDPOINT OF LAKE AVENUE AND SHALL NOT EXCEED 0.5
 FOOTCANDLES.
