 1- ARCHITECT SHOWN ON THE TITLE BLOCK NEEDS TO SIGN AND
 SEAL ALL DRAWINGS, NOT JUST THE COVER PAGE, AS REQUIRED
 BY SEC. 61G1-16 OF FLORIDA ADMINISTRATIVE CODE AND
 CHAPTER 481 FLORIDA STATUTE.
  
 2- PROVIDE DRAINAGE PLAN AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R401.3 OF
 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
 ***NOTE: SITE PLAN ON COVER SHEET SHOWS DRAINAGE ARROWS
 LEADING THE WATER TO THE BACK OF THE HOUSE. THIS IS
 GOING TO CREATE DRAINAGE PROBLEMS. AND WATER CAN'T BE
 DIVERTED TO THE NEIGHBORS. REVISE AS REQUIRED.
