 RESPONSE, IT APPEARS THAT THE PREVIOUS ZONING REVIEW
 COMMENT REGARDING 50% ALLOWANCE OF COVERAGE FOR THE
 WINDOW TREATMENTS (WINDOW CONSTRUCTION BANNERS) WAS
 MISINTERPRETED. PLEASE SEE BELOW (AND THE PROVISO NOTES
 ON SHEET A7.1B) THAT SHALL BE ADHERED TO BY THE TENANT
 REGARDING WHAT CAN BE PLACED INSIDE THE GRAPHIC FRAMES:
  
 LIFESTYLE GRAPHICS MAY OCCUPY ALL 144 SQUARE FEET OF
 THE GRAPHIC FRAMES, PROVIDED THAT NONE OF THE LIFESTYLE
 GRAPHICS INCLUDE TEXT ADVERTISING ULTA OR A SPECIFIC
 BRAND OR PRODUCT NAME SOLD AT ULTA (EXAMPLE COVER GIRL
 OR PERFUME ETC.).
 PERMANENT SIGNAGE MAY OCCUPY UP TO 50.25 SQUARE FEET OF
 AREA. THIS IS INCLUSIVE OF BOTH GRAPHIC FRAMES AND ON
 THE WINDOWS AND INCLUDES STORE NAME, BRANDS/PRODUCTS
 SOLD, THE HOURS OF OPERATION/PAYMENT ACCEPTED DECALS
 AND ANY LIFESTYLE GRAPHICS WITH ULTA OR A SPECIFIC
 BRAND OR PRODUCT NAME SOLD AT ULTA.
 TEMPORARY SIGNAGE ADVERTISING SPECIAL SALES OR SERVICES
 MAY OCCUPY ONLY 125.64 SQUARE FEET OF THE GRAPHIC
 FRAMES, PROVIDED THAT IT SHALL REMAIN NO LONGER THAN 30
 CONSECUTIVE DAYS.
  
 3) THE SIGNAGE ALLOWANCE ABOVE SHALL BE TRANSMITTED TO
 ULTA AND THE FUTURE STORE MANAGERS.
