 1) THE PERMIT LISTS THE GROSS AREA FOR THE STORE AT
 9,665 SQUARE FEET. THE LATEST LANDLORD SHELL PERMIT
 SHOWS THE SPACE AS ONLY HAVING 9,594 SQUARE FEET.
 PLEASE EXPLAIN THIS DISCREPANCY.
  
 2) PLEASE EXPLAIN THE INTENT OF THE WINDOW SHADES. WILL
 THEY BE RAISED THROUGHOUT THE DAY OR WILL THEY REMAIN
 FIXED IN THE DOWN POSITION? PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PALM
 BEACH OUTLETS DESIGN GUIDELINES WERE ESTABLISHED TO
 ALLOW CUSTOMERS TO SEE INTO THE STORE FROM THE
 ADJOINING SIDEWALK, SO LEAVING THEM DOWN TO BLOCK
 PERMANENTLY BLOCK THE VIEW INTO THE STORE IS NOT
 PERMITTED.
  
 3) PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ALL SIGNAGE, TO INCLUDE THE
 COMING SOON AND GRAND OPENING SIGNAGE, REQUIRES A
 SEPARATE PERMIT AND WILL BE REVIEWED AT THAT TIME.
  
 A. THE COMING SOON BANNER ABOVE THE STORE NAME IS NOT
 PERMITTED; HOWEVER, ONCE OPEN, A GRAND OPENING BANNER
 IS PERMITTED FOR 30 DAYS.
 B. THE WINDOW TREATMENTS SHALL INCLUDE DIMENSIONS OF
 THE GLAZED AREA AND THE ADVERTISING SQUARE FOOTAGE,
 WHICH MAY NOT OCCUPY MORE THAN 50% OF THE GLAZING AREA.
 C. THE LOGOS ON THE AWNING COUNT AS SIGNAGE AND SHALL
 BE REVIEWED AS PART OF THE SIGN PERMIT.
  
 4) PLEASE EXPLAIN WHAT OCCURS IN THE GRAPHIC FRAMES
 ALONG THE FRONT WINDOWS AND HOW CLOSE THEY ARE TO THE
 WINDOWS.
