 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) THE ADDRESS OF THE PROPERTY SHOWS THERE IS AN
 EXISTING RESIDENCE ON THE PROPERTY. PROVIDE EVIDENCE
 THAT LOT 2 HAS OFFICIALLY BEEN RECORDED AS A SEPARATE
 LOT FROM LOT 3 WITH A SEPARATE PARCEL CONTROL NUMBER
 (PCN). PLEASE CONTACT THE P.B.C. PROPERTY APPRAISER'S
 OFFICE ON THIS MATTER.
  
 2.) STEPS, WHICH ARE LESS THAN 3 FT. ABOVE GRADE, SHALL
 BE SETBACK AT LEAST 2 FT. FROM THE PROPERTY LINE. THE
 PROPOSED CAST IN PLACE STEPPING STONES, LOCATED ON THE
 WEST SIDE OF THE PROPERTY DOES NOT SEEM TO MEET THIS
 REQUIREMENT. (ZLDR S.94-305(A)(7))
  
 3.) THE LOCATION OF THE MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT IN THE
 SITE PLAN (SHEET SP1) DOES NOT MATCH THE WEST ELEVATION
 ON SHEET A5.
  
 4.) GATE MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT, SHALL NOT PROJECT MORE
 THAN 4 FT. INTO A SETBACK. THE EQUIPMENT SHALL BE
 SCREENED FROM VIEW. (ZLDR S.94-305(B)(4))
  
 5.) THE PROPOSED GRILLE AREA SEEMS TO BE A STRUCTURAL
 ELEMENT. IF THE GRILLE IS A STRUCTURAL ELEMENT, THEN IT
 MUST BE SETBACK 5 FT. FROM THE SIDE PROPERTY LINE.
 PLEASE ADDRESS OR PROVIDE CLARIFICATION.
  
 6.) NO TREE/PALM SHALL BE REMOVED, RELOCATED OR
 REPLACED WITHOUT FIRST OBTAINING A TREE ALTERATION
 PERMIT (ZLDR S.94-448(D)(1)). THE EXISTING TREE
 SCHEDULE (SHEET L-3) INDICATES THAT TREES/PALMS WILL BE
 REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY. PLEASE OBTAIN A TREE
 ALTERATION PERMIT.
  
 7.) THE APPLICATION FOR A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT IS
 AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD FROM THE CITY'S WEBSITE AT: HTTP

 8.) PER ZLDR S. 94-445(4)(G)3.II., THE IRRIGATION
 SYSTEM SHALL BE DESIGNED TO PROVIDE 120 PERCENT
 COVERAGE. NOTE 8 ON SHEET IR-1 OF THE IRRIGATION PLAN
 INDICATE ONLY 100 PERCENT COVERAGE, WHICH IS
 INSUFFICIENT. PLEASE MODIFY THE COVERAGE.
  
 9.) SEPARATE PERMITS WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE
 FOLLOWING: SWIMMING POOL, DRIVEWAY, FENCE/WALL AND
 GATE.
  
 PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY REVISIONS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL
