 1- AFTER PLANS ARE REVISED, BRING THEM TO PALM BEACH
 COUNTY ( 2300 N. JOG RD.) TO VERIFY IF IMPACT FEES ARE
 DUE. BRING BACK COUNTY STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF PAID
 RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE. REQUIRED BY THE COUNTY IMPACT
 FEE ORDINANCE OF THE UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE.
  
 2- PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN FLOOD ZONE A5. EELEVATION
 CERTIFICATES WILL BE REQUIRED DURING CONSTRUCTION. SEC.

 ENTRY TO ALLOW FOR WATER TO RUN OFF. THIS WILL REDUCE
 THE FINISH FLOOR ELEVATION OF THE GARAGE BELOW THE
 REQUIRED 6" . CLEARLY IDENTIFY ON PLANS THE GARAGE
 LOWEST FINISH FLOOR OF THE GARAGE AT ENTRY POINT.
 OTHERWISE, LESS THAN 7'-6" ELEVATION WILL REQUIRE FLOOD
