 THE SLAB. THE STRUCTURAL SHEET S1.0 INDICATES DETAIL 1/
 S3.0, THIS DETAIL DOES NOT INDICATE THE USE OF FOAM
 INSULATION BENEATH THE SLAB. 2010 WEST PALM BEACH
 AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1,
 ADMINISTRATION, 2010 EDITION 107.2.1.3 ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION PLANS TO BE CORRELATED TO PROVIDE THE SAME
 DETAILS.
  
 2) THE ARCHITECTURAL SHEET A2.0 PROVIDES DETAILS 1-3/
 A4.1 THESE DETAILS SHOW A SECONDARY SLAB IN THE DINING
 ROOM WHICH NONE OF THE STRUCTURAL SHEETS INDICATE,
 AGAIN A DISCREPANCY IN PLANS. 2010 WEST PALM BEACH
 AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1,
 ADMINISTRATION, 2010 EDITION 107.2.1.3 ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION PLANS TO BE CORRELATED TO PROVIDE THE SAME
 DETAILS BETWEEN THE AARCHITECTURAL SHEETS AND
 STRUCTURAL SHEETS.
  
 3) IT APPEARS ALL OF THE DINING ROOM IS POURED WITH A
 SECONDARY SLAB BUT THE KITCHEN AREA HAS A SINGLE SLAB.
 SHEET A2.0 HAS (3) DETAILS
 1,2 & 6/ A6.0 SHOW THE ELEVATION CHANGE BETWEEN THE
 DINING ROOM FINISH FLOOR AND KITCHEN FLOOR. SHEET A2.0
 DOES NOT INDICATE A CHANGE IN GRADE BETWEEN THE 2
 FLOORS, NOR IS THERE ELEVATION MARKERS PROVIDING WHAT
 THE ELEVATION CHANGE IS? PLEASE PROVIDE COMPLIANCE
 WITH:
  
 FBC-B 1003.5. WHERE CHANGES IN ELEVATION OF LESS THAN
 12 INCHES (305 MM) EXIST IN THE MEANS OF EGRESS, SLOPED
 SURFACES SHALL BE USED. WHERE THE SLOPE IS GREATER THAN
 ONE UNIT VERTICAL IN 20 UNITS HORIZONTAL (5-PERCENT
 SLOPE), RAMPS COMPLYING WITH SECTION 1010 SHALL BE
 USED. WHERE THE DIFFERENCE IN ELEVATION IS 6 INCHES
 (152 MM) OR LESS, THE RAMP SHALL BE EQUIPPED WITH
 EITHER HANDRAILS OR FLOOR FINISH MATERIALS THAT
 CONTRAST WITH ADJACENT FLOOR FINISH MATERIALS.
  
 2010 FL ACCESSIBILITY CODE: 405.1 GENERAL.
 RAMPS ON ACCESSIBLE ROUTES SHALL COMPLY WITH 405.
 405.2 SLOPE. RAMP RUNS SHALL HAVE A RUNNING SLOPE NOT
 STEEPER THAN 1:12.
 405.5 CLEAR WIDTH. THE CLEAR WIDTH OF A RAMP RUN AND,
 WHERE HANDRAILS ARE PROVIDED, THE CLEAR WIDTH BETWEEN
 HANDRAILS SHALL BE 36 INCHES (915 MM) MINIMUM.
 405.7 LANDINGS. RAMPS SHALL HAVE LANDINGS AT THE TOP
 AND THE BOTTOM OF EACH RAMP RUN. LANDINGS SHALL COMPLY
 WITH 405.7.
 405.7.3 LENGTH. THE LANDING CLEAR LENGTH SHALL BE 60
 INCHES (1525 MM) LONG MINIMUM.
 505 HANDRAILS. 505.1 GENERAL. HANDRAILS PROVIDED ALONG
 WALKING SURFACES COMPLYING WITH 403, REQUIRED AT RAMPS
 COMPLYING WITH 405.
  
 4) THE FOUNDATION PLANS DO NOT INDICATE HOW THEY ARE
 GOING TO COMPLY WITH 2010 FBC-B 1816.1 NOR 2603.8 FOAM
 INSULATION INSULATION USED BELOW GRADE, I'VE SPOKEN
 WITH THE DESIGNER OF RECORD ABOUT THIS AND APPARENTLY
 THIS INFORMATION IS INCORPORATED WITH IN THE DRAWINGS
 SPEC SHEETS THAT WAS NOT INCLUDED WITH THE FOUNDATION.
  
 5) BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE ISSUED, IMPACT
 FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL
 PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE, AND
 A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT
