 THE CURRENT LAYOUT WILL CAUSE MASS CONFUSION TO
 EMERGENCY RESPONDERS BECAUSE THE SPRINKLER RISER
 (LOCATED ADJACENT TO THE ELECTRICAL CLOSET AT COLUMN
 LINE BII1) PROTECTS TENANT SPACE B11 BUT THEN SKIPS
 TENANT SPACES B8, B9 AND B9 TO THE SOUTH AND THEN
 PROTECTS TENANT SPACES B1-B7 TO SOUTH. RECOMMEND
 EXTENDING THE 6-INCH UNDERGROUND FIRE LINE SUPPLYING
 THE FIRE HYDRANT OUTSIDE THE B4 TENANT SPACE AND
 PROVIDING A SPRINKLER RISER IN THIS LOCATION TO PROTECT
 TENANTS B1-B7. THE SPRINKLER RISER IN B10 CAN THEN
 PROTECT TENANTS B8-B11 AND THE LANDLORD SPACES.
  
 PROVIDE A WALL PIV AND FENCING AROUND THE SPRINKLER
 RISERS TO PREVENT THE INDIVIDUAL TENANTS FROM
 ATTEMPTING TO CONTROL THE LANDLORD OWNED SPRINKLER
 SYSTEMS PROTECTING THE BUILDINGS.
  
 THE SPRINKLER RISERS AND FDC CONNECTIONS SHALL BE
 PROVIDED WITH PERMANENT WEATHERPROOF SIGNAGE INDICATING
 WHICH BUILDING THEY ARE PROTECTING.
  
 PROVIDE LOCKING KNOX CAPS ON THE FIRE DEPARTMENT
 CONNECTIONS.
  
 MINIMUM 1-INCH OUTLETS SHALL BE PROVIDED ON BRANCH
 LINES TO ACCOMMODATE TENANT FITOUTS THAT MAY UTILIZE
 LAY-IN CEILINGS.
  
 PROVIDE PERMANENT WEATHERPROOF SIGNAGE INDICATING WHAT
 PORTIONS OF THE BUILDINGS THE RISERS AND FDCS PROTECT.
