 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 DIMENSIONED AND DRAWN UPON SUITABLE MATERIAL.
 ELECTRONIC MEDIA DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED WHEN APPROVED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT
 CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF
 THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN
 DETAIL THAT IT WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS
 CODE AND RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES
 AND REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL.
  
 THE PERMIT DESCRIPTION IS TO ADDRESS A STOP WORK ORDER
 AND INSTALL DRYWALL. THE STOP WORK ORDER, ISSUED
 PREVIOUSLY, IS TO STOP THE WORK OF CONVERTING THE
 BUILDING INTO AN APARTMENT, INCLUDING BUILDING,
 ELECTRICAL, AND PLUMBING WORK. THE FIRST REVIEW BY
 SAMANTHA HILL REQUESTED A PLAN WITH A SCOPE OF WORK AND
 THE NATURE OF THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT.. PRIOR TO THAT,
 A MECHANICAL PERMIT # 14011303 WAS SUBMITTED AND DENIED
 AS THE PLAN DEMONSTRATES THE BUILDING BEING AN
 APARTMENT WHEN THE RECORD DOES NOT INDICATE AN
 APARTMENT WAS EVER LEGALLY ESTABLISHED. THE
 RE-SUBMITTAL CONTAINS A LETTER FROM ARCHITECT, RICHARD
 BARNES, WHICH DOES NOT ADDRESS THE MATTER OF THE
 ILLEGAL CONVERSION. THE LETTER AND THE PLAN DO NOT
 CLARIFY THE INTENDED SCOPE OF WORK AS REQUESTED BY
 SAMANTHA HILL. THE PLAN DOES NOT INDICATE THE
 INSTALLATION OF NEW ELECTRICAL OR PLUMBING, WHICH THE
 STOP WORK ORDER ALLEGES. THE PLAN DOES NOT ADEQUATELY
 INDICATE THE USE OF SPACES. THE AFOREMENTIONED
 MECHANICAL APPLICATION CONTAINS A PLAN INDICATING A
 KITCHEN AND A BATH. THIS PLAN DOES NOT IDENTIFY THE
 INTENDED USE OF SUCH AREAS. PLEASE PROVIDE A PLAN WHICH
 INDICATES THE SCOPE AND NATURE OF WORK, THE INTENDED
 USE OF THE BUILDING, PLEASE ADDITIONALLY BE ADVISED
 THAT THIS APPLICATION IS TO BE FORWARDED TO THE ZONING
 DIVISION TO ASCERTAIN THE PERMISSIBLE USE OF THE
 STRUCTURE.
