2014-03-19 10:15:391. PROPOSED LANDSCAPE AREA IS REMOVING EXITING PARKING
 ON SITE. AN APPROVAL FOR OFF-SITE PARKING WILL BE
 REQURIED FROM THE DOWNTOWN ACTION COMMITTEE.
 2. ACCORDING TO A VARIANCE APPROVED IN 1998, 38 PARKING
 SPACES WERE REQUIRED FOR THE FACILITY. INFORMATION
 SHALL BE PROVIDED REGARDING THE NUMBER OF SPACES
 CURRENTLY ON-SITE, AND THE NUMBER OF SPACES PROVIDED
 OFF-SITE (LEASE AGREEMENT WITH PARKING GARAGE?).
 3. ADDITIONAL DISCUSSION IS REQUIRED WITH THE
 SANITATION DEPARTMENT TO DISCUSS THE OPERATION OF THE
 TRASH REMOVAL. EXISITNG CURB MAY COMPLICATE THE
 DUMSPTER MOVEMENT.
 4. EXISTING GENERATOR ON THE ALLEY SHALL BE SCREENED
 WITH A WALL OR OPAQUE FENCE.
 5. PROPOSED COURTYARD SHALL COMPLY WITH MINIMUM OPEN
 SPACE REQUIREMENTS FOR A COURTYARD IN TABLE IV-7 OF THE
 ZONING CODE (SECTION 94-109), 25% VEGETATED AREA AND
 30% TREE CANOPY. PLEASE PROVIDE INFORMATION TO CONFIRM
 COMPLIANCE WITH THESE PROVISIONS.
