 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-306(A) OF THE ZONING AND
 LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, THE HEIGHT OF THE CHIMNEY
 CANNOT EXCEED 10 PERCENT OF THE MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE
 BUILDING HEIGHT OF THE DISTRICT (30 FT.). THE PROPOSED
 CHIMNEY EXCEEDS THE 3 FT. HEIGHT LIMITATION ABOVE THE
 30 FT. MAXIMUM BUILDING HEIGHT. PLEASE ADDRESS.
  
 2.) THE FOUNTAIN, LOCATED ALONG THE SOUTH PROPERTY
 LINE, SHALL BE SETBACK AT LEAST 5 FT. FROM THE SIDE
 PROPERTY LINE. (ZLDR S.94-304(B)(2))
  
 3.) THE EASEMENT CONSENT DOES NOT SPECIFY THE PROPOSED
 STRUCTURES/IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN THE FPL EASEMENT. IT IS
 NOT CLEAR TO WHETHER OR NOT FPL HAS ANY OBJECTIONS TO
 THE PROPOSED STRUCTURES/IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN THEIR
 UTILITY EASEMENT.
  
 4.) REPEAT COMMENT: MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT, INCLUDING THE
 GENERATOR, LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE PROPERTY,
 MAY NOT PROJECT MORE THAN 4 FT. INTO A SETBACK. (ZLDR
 S.94-305(B)(4))
