 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) THE SITE PLAN SHOWS A 10 FT. UTILITY EASEMENT ON
 THE NORTH SIDE OF THE PROPERTY AND A 7 FT. 6-INCH
 UTILITY EASEMENT ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE PROPERTY;
 HOWEVER, THESE EASEMENTS ARE NOT SHOWN IN THE SURVEY.
 ARE THESE EASEMENTS EXISTING OR PROPOSED, AND TO WHICH
 PROVIDER DO THEY BELONG TO? PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION ON
 THESE EASEMENTS.
  
 2.) THE SITE PLAN SHOW PROPOSED STRUCTURES WITHIN THE
 10 FT. AND 7 FT. 6-INCHES UTILITY EASEMENTS. EASEMENT
 CONSENT FROM THE UTILITY PROVIDER(S) IS NECESSARY IN
 ORDER TO BUILD WITHIN THESE EASEMENTS.
  
 3.) PLEASE IDENTIFY WHAT THE 4 FT. BY 4 FT. CONCRETE
 PAD AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE PROPERTY WILL BE
 UTILIZED FOR.
  
 4.) THE MAXIMUM BUILDING HEIGHT IN THE SF7 RESIDENTIAL
 ZONING DISTRICT IS 30 FT. THE PROPOSED RESIDENCE
 EXCEEDS THIS MAXIMUM REQUIREMENT. (ZLDR S.94-72(A)(3))
  
 5.) MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT, INCLUDING THE CONCRETE PAD TO
 WHICH THE EQUIPMENT WILL SIT ON, MAY NOT PROJECT MORE
 THAN 4 FT. INTO A SETBACK. THE A/C EQUIPMENT ON THE
 NORTH SIDE, AND THE A/C EQUIPMENT AND GENERATOR ON THE
 SOUTH SIDE OF THE PROPERTY DOES NOT MEET THIS
 REQUIREMENT. (ZLDR S.94-305(B)(4))
  
 6.) PROVIDE CLARIFICATION ON THE SQUARE ELEMENT IN THE
 PROPOSED ATRIUM. THIS ELEMENT IS NOT VISIBLE ON ANY OF
 THE PLANS, WITH EXCEPTION TO THE SITE PLAN (SHEET SP1).
  
 7.) THE RETAINING WALL W/ FENCE ON TOP SHALL NOT EXCEED
 4 FT. IN HEIGHT WITHIN THE FIRST 25 FT. OF THE FRONT
 LOT LINE. PLEASE DOCUMENT/ILLUSTRATE THAT THIS
 REQUIREMENT IS MET.
  
 8.) A LANDSCAPE PLAN IS REQUIRED FOR THIS PROJECT AND
 SHALL BE SUBMITTED AND APPROVED BY A SEPARATE PERMIT.

 9.) THE FOLLOWING LANDSCAPING REQUIREMENTS SHALL BE
 ADDRESSED IN THE LANDSCAPE PLAN. INCLUDE ALL LANDSCAPE
 CALCULATIONS TO ILLUSTRATE THAT THE PROJECT COMPLIES
 WITH ZLDR, ARTICLE XIV :
  
 - AT LEAST ONE SHADE, FLOWERING OR FRUIT TREE SHALL BE
 PLANTED FOR EACH 1,200 SQ. FT. OF OPEN SPACE OR PORTION
 THEREOF. (ZLDR S.94-442(B)(2) A.)
  
 - AT LEAST ONE (1) SHRUB SHALL BE PLANTED FOR EACH 500
 SQ. FT. OF OPEN SPACE OR PORTION THEREOF. (ZLDR
 S.94-442(B)(2) A.)
  
 10.) THE FRONT YARD (MEASURED FROM THE FRONT BUILDING
 FACADE TO THE PROPERTY LINE) SHALL HAVE A MINIMUM OF
 1,000 SQ. FT. OR 75 PERCENT OF LANDSCAPED AREA. (ZLDR
 S. 94-482(A))
  
 11.) THERE SEEMS TO BE EXISTING TREES/PALMS ON THE
 PROPERTY. PLEASE NOTE THAT A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT IS
 REQUIRED PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL AND/OR RELOCATION OF ANY
 TREE IN THE CITY. PLEASE SUBMIT AN APPLICATION FOR A
 TREE ALTERATION PERMIT.
  
 12.) A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT CAN BE OBTAINED ON THE
