 DENIED BY BUILDING
  
 1) THE PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION IS LOCATED IN AN A5 FLOOD
 ZONE WITH A 7' BASE FLOOD ELEVATION. THE CITY OF WEST
 PALM BEACH' S FLOOD ORDINANCE REQUIRES A 6" FREE-BOARD.
 THEREFORE, THE SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING AND ALL OF THE
 EQUIPMENT THAT SERVICE THE STRUCTURE ARE REQUIRED TO
 HAVE A MINIMUM FINISH FLOOR ELEVATION AT OR ABOVE 7.5'
 BFE NGVD 1929. SPECIFY THE PROPOSED ELEVATIONS FOR THE
 DWELLING AND EQUIPMENT ON THE PLANS. BECAUSE THE
 CURRENT FEMA FLOOD INSURANCE RATE MAPS (FIRM) THAT ARE
 ADOPTED BY THE CITY OF WPB USE THE NGVD 1929 FOR
 DETERMINING ELEVATIONS, PLEASE SPECIFY ALL ELEVATIONS
 IN NGVD 1929 ON THE PLANS. CITY AMENDMENTS 107.2.1 AND
 FBC R322
  
 2) SUBMIT TWO SETS OF ELEVATION CERTIFICATES FOR THE
 PROPOSED DWELLING. ADDITIONAL ELEVATION CERTIFICATES
 WILL BE REQUIRED PRIOR TO FINAL INSPECTION. CITY
 AMENDMENTS 107.2.1 AND FBC R322
  
 3) SUBMIT TWO SETS OF PLANS THAT SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH
 FBC R401.3 FOR SURFACE WATER DRAINAGE AWAY FROM THE
 STRUCTURE AND TO AN APPROVED POINT OF COLLECTION.
  
 4) THE STRUCTURE IS LOCATED ON THE INTER-COASTAL WATER
 WAY AND IS CONSIDERED TO BE EXPOSURE D PER FBC
 R301.2.1.4.3. THE PLANS SPECIFY IT AS EXPOSURE C.
 PLEASE REVISE THE PLANS AS NECESSARY.
  
 5) SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF THE MANUFACTURER'S INSTALLATION
 INSTRUCTIONS AND LISTING FOR THE VENT-LESS FIREPLACE.
 CITY AMENDMENTS 107.2.1 AND FBC R1004.1
  
 6) SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF THE PRODUCT EVALUATION AND THE
 MANUFACTURER'S INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE SPRAY
 FOAM INSULATION THAT WILL BE INSTALLED.
  
 7) SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF THE MANUFACTURER'S INSTALLATION
 INSTRUCTIONS AND LISTING FOR THE GAS BBQ GRILL LOCATED
 ON THE COVERED PATIO. CITY AMENDMENTS 107.2 AND FBCR
 M1901.2
  
 8) SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE
 FOLLOWING: METAL ROOFING, ROOFING MATERIAL FOR FLAT
 ROOF, WATER PROOFING SYSTEM THAT WILL BE USED ON SECOND
 FLOOR BALCONY, 8" PRECAST LINTELS, FIXED WINDOWS,
 STRUCTURAL WINDOW MULLIONS, CUSTOM MAHOGANY FRONT DOOR
 ASSEMBLY, FIBER GLASS RAISED PANEL SWING DOOR AND
 FRENCH DOORS AS REQUIRED BY DCA RULE 9N-3.
  
 9) PRODUCT APPROVALS REQUIRED BY RULE 9N-3 ARE REQUIRED
 TO BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER
 OF RECORD FOR THE PROJECT. CITY AMENDMENTS 107.3.4.1
  
 10) IN ORDER TO REDUCED REVIEW TIME, PLEASE SUBMIT A
 RESPONSE LETTER INDICATING HOW EACH OF THE REVIEW
 COMMENTS WAS ADDRESSED.
  
 NOTE: SEPARATE APPLICATIONS, PERMITS AND REVIEWS ARE
 REQUIRED FOR THE GENERATOR, POOL, FIRE PIT, NATURAL
 GAS, RETAINING WALL, FENCES AND SITE WALLS.
