 PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT. THE PLAN PROVIDED DOES NOT
 INDICATE WHAT IS EXISTING AND WHAT IS PROPOSED, FBC
 107. APPLICATION STATES THAT A TRENCH WILL BE CUT AND
 POURED BACK. IT APPEARS THAT MORE WORK THAN THAT WILL
 BE DONE. STRUCTURAL DETAIL FOR TRENCH INFILL NOT
 PROVIDED.
  
 2. IT IS NOT CLEAR HOW THE STRUCTURE WILL BE AFFECTED
 BY PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT. SEE FBC 107.2.1:
