 AFTER SUBMITTAL OF THE APPROPRIATE CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS, THE BUILDING OFFICIAL IS AUTHORIZED TO ISSUE
 A PERMIT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF FOUNDATIONS OR ANY
 OTHER PART OF A BUILDING OR STRUCTURE BEFORE THE
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS FOR THE WHOLE BUILDING OR
 STRUCTURE HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED. THE HOLDER OF SUCH
 PERMIT FOR THE FOUNDATION OR OTHER PARTS OF A BUILDING
 OR STRUCTURE SHALL PROCEED AT THE HOLDER'S OWN RISK
 WITH THE BUILDING OPERATION AND WITHOUT ASSURANCE THAT
 A
 PERMIT FOR THE ENTIRE STRUCTURE WILL BE GRANTED.
 CORRECTIONS MAY BE REQUIRED TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF
 THE TECHNICAL CODES. THIS PROVISION IS ONLY FOR THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, ALL OTHER AGENCY APPROVALS

 SECTION 94-546. PLEASE REVIEW CITY ORDINANCE FOR THE
 CITY REQUIREMENTS REQUIRE AN ADDITIONAL 6 INCHES OF
 ELEVATION. STRUCTURE IS LOCATED IN AN "A0" FLOOD ZONE.

 OR A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION THE 3RD FLOOD ZONE
 CERTIFICATE IS REQUIRED WITH THE HEIGHT OF ALL EXTERIOR
 ATTENDANT

 FEMA'S NEW ELEVATION CERTIFICATE (EC) WAS APPROVED FOR
 USE, EFFECTIVE AUGUST 1/ 2013, THROUGH JULY 31/ 2015.
 FORM. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON THE DIFFERENCES, THE
 NEW FORM, AND INSTRUCTIONS ARE AVAILABLE AT:

 ELEVATION AND WILL NEED TO BE DESIGNED TO RESIST THE

 BUOYANCY AS WELL AS BEING FLOOD PROOFED SO THAT SIX
 INCHES ABOVE THE BASE FLOOD ELEVATION IS WATER TIGHT
 WITH WALLS SUBSTANTIALLY IMPERMEABLE TO THE PASSAGE OF
