 1) REPEAT COMMENT: THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE DOES NOT MEET
 CITY SPECIFICATIONS FOR OVERALL SIZE AND GATE OPENING
 WIDTH. PLEASE REFER TO FIGURE XIV-3 LOCATED IN SECTION
 94-444(B) OF THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH ZONING AND
 LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS.
  
 2) REPEAT COMMENT: THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE MAY NOT BE
 ACCESSED THROUGH PARKING SPACES, ESPECIALLY ONES WITH
 WHEEL STOPS IN THEM. THE SITE DOES NOT CURRENTLY
 CONTAIN THE NUMBER OF PARKING SPACES FOR THE CHURCH
 BUILDING, SO STAFF WILL NOT APPROVE THE REMOVAL OF TWO
 ADDITIONAL PARKING SPACES. STAFF HAS VISITED THE SITE
 AND DETERMINED THAT THE MOST APPROPRIATE LOCATION FOR
 THE DUMPSTER IS AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE BUILDING
 SO THAT THE PICK UP CAN BE FROM THE ALLEY, SIMILAR TO
 THE COMMERCIAL BUSINESSES LOCATED SOUTH OF THE CHURCH.
 THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE SHALL BE ANGLED SO THAT THE PICK
 UP IS FROM THE EAST AND PROVIDE SUFFICIENT ROOM FOR THE
 EMEGENCY EGRESS FROM THE DOOR AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER
 OF THE BUILDING. THIS MAY REQUIRE THE SHIFTING OF THE
 NORTH/SOUTH SIDE WALK FURTHER TO THE EAST.
  
 3) PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE WALLS ARE
 SHOWN AT 7'4" IN HEIGHT. THIS SEEMS EXCESSIVE SINCE
 DUMPSTERS ARE TYPICALLY NOT THAT TALL.
