 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING. RESPOND TO THE COMMENTS
 IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) PROVIDE A CERTIFIED COST ESTIMATE OF THE SCOPE OF
 WORK.
  
 2.) IDENTIFY THE NEW PLANT MATERIAL TO BE PROVIDED IN
 THE PROJECT.
  
 3.) PROVIDE SPECIFICATIONS (I.E. HEIGHT, SPREAD, ETC.)
 ON ALL EXISTING PLANT MATERIAL.
  
 4.) THE LANDSCAPE PLAN STATES "4 RELOCATED OAKS." THE
 RELOCATION OF ANY TREES REQUIRE A TREE ALTERATION
 PERMIT.
  
 5.) THE WALLS OF THE GENERATOR AND DUMPSTER ENCLOSURES
 SHALL BE SCREEN WITH A HEDGE PLANTED AT 2 FT.
 INTERVALS, AND AT A MINIMUM OF 2 FT. IN HEIGHT. (ZLDR
 S.94-444(B))
  
 6.) CURBS SHALL BE PROVIDED AROUND THE DUMPSTER AND
 GENERATOR ENCLOSURES.
  
 7.) PROVIDE A CURB AND 2 FT. LANDSCAPE OVERHANG FOR THE
 PARKING SPACES LOCATED ADJACENT TO THE BUILDING.
 ALTERNATIVELY, WHEEL STOPS CAN BE PROVIDED FOR THESE
 PARKING SPACES TO PROTECT THE LANDSCAPING FROM
 VEHICULAR ENCROACHMENT.
  
 8.) PROVIDE ALL LANDSCAPE CALCULATIONS IN TABULAR
 FORMAT. INCLUDE ALL PLANT MATERIAL DESIGNATED BY
 BOTANICAL AND COMMON NAME; THE QUANTITY, HEIGHT,
 SPREAD, SPACING AND LOCATION OF PLANT MATERIALS TO BE
 INSTALLED OR PRESERVED.
  
 9.) SUBMIT IRRIGATION PLANS FOR NEW AND RELOCATED
 LANDSCAPE THAT INCLUDE THE DELINEATION OF IRRIGATION
 COVERAGE, SENSORS AND HIGH, MEDIUM AND LOW ZONES OF
 WATER USAGE. INCLUDE A STATEMENT THAT ALL LANDSCAPE
 AREAS, EXCLUDING THOSE AREAS WITH NATIVE NONINVASIVE
 PLANS, WILL BE PROVIDED WITH PERMANENT AUTOMATIC
 IRRIGATION, INCLUDING ADJACENT RIGHTS-OF-WAY.
  
 10.) PROVIDE LANDSCAPE DETAILS, INCLUDING INFORMATION
 ON LANDSCAPE INSTALLATION, STAKING AND TREE PROTECTIVE
 BARRIERS.
