 1) IT IS STAFF'S UNDERSTANDING THAT THE PARKING AREAS
 THAT HAVE BEEN INCLUDED FOR THE OPENING OF THE OUTLETS
 INCLUDES MORE AREAS AROUND BUILDINGS E, F AND H THAN IS
 SHOWN ON THE SUBMITTED PLANS. THE FULL EXTENT OF THE
 PARKING LOT LANDSCAPE THAT IS ADJACENT TO OPEN PARKING
 FIELDS SHALL BE SHOWN ON THE PLANS AND INSTALLED.
  
 2) THERE IS A TREE SHOWN IN THE SIDEWALK ADJACENT TO
 THE POLICE/FIRE PARKING SPACES EAST OF BUILDING J-5.
  
 3) THE PLANS SHALL BE AMENDED TO REFLECT THE BUILDING J
 ENTRY FOUNTAIN AND THE EQUIPMENT VAULT. ALL FOUNTAIN
 EQUIPMENT, INCLUDING THE BACKFLOW PREVENTER, SHALL BE
 SCREENED.
  
 4) THE CURRENTLY APPROVED PLANS SHOW GROUND COVER AND
 TREES IN THE LANDSCAPED ISLAND WEST OF THE VALET STAND.
 STAFF IS NOT APPROVING THE LATEST REVISION TO REMOVE
 THIS LANDSCAPE.
  
 5) THE CURRENTLY APPROVED PLANS SHOW PALM TREES
 FLANKING THE CONGRESS AVENUE ENTRY DRIVE. STAFF IS NOT
 APPROVING THE LATEST REVISION TO REMOVE THE ENTRY PALM
 TREES.
  
 6) THE CURRENTLY APPROVED PLANS SHOW A HEDGE NOT
 CONTINUING THE ENTIRE LENGTH OF THE NORTHERN PROPERTY
 LINE ALONG THE WALL (SHEET LP-3). THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS REQUIRE A HEDGE IN THE BUFFER.
 STAFF IS NOT APPROVING THE LATEST REVISION TO REMOVE
 THE HEDGE.
  
 7) THE REMOVAL OF THE GROUND COVER IN THE OPEN AREA
 EAST OF BUILDING J-6 REDUCES THE AESTHETIC APPEARANCE
 OF THE PROJECT. PLEASE CONSIDER INSTALLING SOMETHING
 OTHER THAN SOD AS UNDERSTORY TO THE TREES PROVIDES
 CONTINUITY THROUGHOUT THE PROJECT.
  
 8) THE REMOVAL OF THE PALM TREES WITHIN THE FOUNDATION
 PLANTING OF BUILDING J-2 AND THE EAST SIDE OF BUILDING
 J-5 REDUCES THE AESTHETIC APPEARANCE OF THE PROJECT.
 PLEASE CONSIDER INSTALLING THE PREVIOUSLY SHOWN PALM
 TREES TO SOFTEN THE HARD EDGE OF THE BUILDING FACADE
 AND TO PROVIDE CONTINUITY THROUGHOUT THE PROJECT.
  
 9) THE REMOVAL OF THE PALM TREES AND GROUND COVER FROM
 THE FIRST MEDIAN ISLAND WHEN ENTERING FROM PALM BEACH
 LAKES BOULEVARD VIA ENTRANCE A REDUCES THE AESTHETIC
 APPEARANCE OF THE PROJECT. PLEASE CONSIDER INSTALLING
 THE PREVIOUSLY SHOWN PALM TREES AND GROUND COVER.
  
 10) THE REMOVAL OF THE GROUND COVER FROM THE SECOND
 MEDIAN ISLAND WHEN ENTERING FROM PALM BEACH LAKES
 BOULEVARD VIA ENTRANCE A REDUCES THE AESTHETIC
 APPEARANCE OF THE PROJECT. PLEASE CONSIDER INSTALLING
 THE PREVIOUSLY SHOWN GROUND COVER.
  
 11) THE REMOVAL OF THE GROUND COVER FROM THE FIRST
 MEDIAN ISLAND WHEN ENTERING FROM PALM BEACH LAKES
 BOULEVARD VIA ENTRANCE C REDUCES THE AESTHETIC
 APPEARANCE OF THE PROJECT. PLEASE CONSIDER INSTALLING
 THE PREVIOUSLY SHOWN GROUND COVER.
  
 12) PLEASE INCLUDE THE NAMES OF TREES "FB" AND "BB" IN
 THE EXISTING TREE LEGEND (SHOWN IN NORTH BUFFER SHEET
 LP-3).
  
 13) ONE OF THE CRI TAGS DOES NOT POINT TO THE CORRECT
 LANDSCAPE MATERIAL FOR THE BUILDING J-2 FOUNDATION
 PLANTING.
  
 14) THE GAP BETWEEN TREES IN THE BUFFER AT THE
 NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE SITE IS GREATER THAN 30 FEET.
 THIS IS ADJACENT TO THE RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY TO THE
 NORTH WHERE THE TREE SPACING HELPS BLOCK THE LONG
 EXPANSE OF THE WALL.
  
 15) SHEET LP-7 CALLS OUT 7 RELOCATED ROYAL PALM TREES
 ALONG PALM BEACH LAKES BOULEVARD. ONLY 6 ARE SHOWN.
 PLEASE CORRECT PLANS AND PROVIDE WHERE THE EXTRA
 RELOCATED ROYAL PALM TREE WAS INSTALLED.
  
 16) BUFFER CALCULATIONS:
  
 A. CONGRESS BUFFER STATES 54 TREES PROVIDED, YET ONLY
 53 TREES WHEN TOTALING THE DATA. STAFF HAS NOTED THAT
 THE PERMIT SET DOES NOT MATCH PREVIOUS PLAN SETS ALONG
 THIS BUFFER. PLEASE VERIFY THAT THE TREE COUNTS ARE
 STILL ACCURATE.
 B. PALM BEACH LAKES BUFFER STATES 10 EXISTING TREES.
 WERE THE TREES THAT WERE SUPPOSED TO REMAIN BUT
 ACCIDENTALLY REMOVED DURING CONSTRUCTION FACTORED INTO
 THE COUNT OF 10?
 C. PALM BEACH LAKES BUFFER STATES 7 RELOCATED ROYAL
 PALM TREES YET ONLY 6 ARE SHOWN.
  
 17) LIVE OAK TREES ARE SHOWN IN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO GAS
 LINES, FIRE LINES, EXFILTRATION TRENCHES, THE 50 FOOT
 DRAINAGE EASEMENT, ETC. PLEASE VERIFY THAT ROOT
 BARRIERS WERE INSTALLED WITH THESE TREES.
  
 18) PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE TREE AND SHRUB TYPES AND
 COUNTS ARGEE WITH THE SITE PLAN AMENDMENTS. THE COVER
 SHEET WITH THIS PERMIT SHOWS DIFFERENT SPECIES AND
 NUMBERS THAN THE LAST LANDSCAPE PLAN SUMITTED AND THE
 LAST LANDSCAPE PLAN APPROVED.
