 PLEASE PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSE.
  
 1) THE SITE PLAN SHOWS 4 ATM LOCATIONS (FOOD COURT AND
 IN EACH OF THE N/S CORRIDORS). THE SPEC SHEETS SHOW 2
 DIFFERENT ATM MACHINES. A CENTURY BANK "BOX" AND A
 CHASE BANK TOWER/ATM. PLEASE INDICATE WHICH TYPE OF ATM
 GOES IN EACH LOCATION.
  
 2) THE SITE PLAN SHOWS THE ATMS AS APPROXIMATELY 2 FEET
 WIDE BY 2 FEET DEEP.
  
 A. THE CENTURY BANK ATM IS SHOWN ON THE CUT SHEETS AS
 4.6 FEET WIDE BY 7.2 FEET DEEP. THIS SEEMS INCREDIBLY
 LARGE FOR ATM MACHINES THAT WILL BE FREESTANDING IN
 AREAS OF HIGH FOOT TRAFFIC. IN FACT THE DEPTH OF THIS
 ATM EXCEEDS THE DEPTH OF THE RMUS. ADDITIONALLY, THE
 DRAWINGS SHALL NOT CITE THE CAMBRIDGE GALLERIA.
  
 B. THE CHASE BANK ATM IS SHOWN ON THE CUT SHEET AS A
 2.67 FEET WIDE BY 2.33 FEET DEEP FOR THE TOWER CABINET
 AND ATM COMBINED. HOWEVER THE CUT SHEET SHOWS AN
 ADDITIONAL WALL RECESS SURROUNDING THE TOWER/ATM.
 PLEASE EXPLAIN THIS CONDITION SINCE THE SITE PLAN SHOWS
 NO WALLED STRUCTURE CONSTRUCTED TO HOLD THE ATM.
  
 3) HOW ARE THE ATM MACHINES SECURED INTO PLACE?
  
 4) THE PEDESTRIAN DIRECTORY SIGNS REQUIRE PERMITTING AS
 SIGNS AND MAY NOT BE INCLUDED WITH THE SITE AMENITIES
 PERMIT. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SIGN CUT SHEET INCLUDED
 WITH THE APPLICATION SHOWS A SIGN LARGER THAN WHAT IS
 PERMITTED BY THE SIGN REGULATIONS FOR THE PALM BEACH
 OUTLETS.
  
 5) THE BICYCLE RACKS ARE NOT PART OF THIS PERMIT, BUT
 RATHER PERMIT NO. 14010643.
  
 6) BILL DUFFY PROVIDED A VALUE OF THE FURNITURE AND
 POTS AT $143,000. PLEASE PROVIDE A VALUE OF THE ATMS
 AND THE SMART CARTS. PLEASE NOTE THAT SINCE THE
 MAJORITY OF THE COMMENTS FOR ZONING, THE POLICE
 COMMENTS AND THE BUILDING PROVISO ARE FOR THE ATM, IT
 MAY BE BENEFICIAL TO REMOVE THE ATMS FROM THIS PERMIT
 SO THE REMAINDER OF THE PERMIT ITEMS CAN HAVE A PERMIT
 ISSUED.
