 1) PRIOR TO THE FIRST INSPECTION:
  
 A) THE OUTSTANDING FORMAL SITE PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS
 SHALL BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED WITH NEW PLANS
 SUBMITTED TO THE PLANNING DIVISION.
 B) A LINE OF SITE DRAWING SHALL BE SUBMITTED AS A
 REVISION TO THIS PERMIT.
  
 2) PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF A CO FOR PHASE 1 OF THE SCHOOL
 (A MAXIMUM OF 681 STUDENTS), THE APPLICANT SHALL SUBMIT
 ENGINEERING PLANS AND PERMIT APPLICATIONS TO THE FDOT
 (AND OTHER APPLICABLE GOVERNING AGENCIES) FOR THE
 LENGTHENING OF THE EXISTING EASTBOUND LEFT TURN LANE ON
 OKEECHOBEE BLVD AT THE SIGNALIZED INTERSECTION OF
 BENOIST FARMS ROAD FROM THE CURRENT LENGTH OF 300' TO A
 LENGTH OF 400' (100' EXTENSION). THE APPLICANT SHALL
 MAKE THEIR BEST EFFORT TO COMPLETE CONSTRUCTION OF THE
 REQUIRED TURN LANE MODIFICATION PRIOR TO THE FIRST DAY
 OF SCHOOL (AUGUST 2014). HOWEVER IT IS ACKNOWLEDGED
 THAT DUE TO PERMITTING REQUIREMENTS AND OTHER ITEMS
 BEYOND CONTROL OF THE APPLICANT, THE ISSUANCE OF THE CO
 FOR THE SCHOOL WILL NOT BE CONTINGENT ON THE COMPLETION
 OF CONSTRUCTION OF THE REQUIRED TURN LANE MODIFICATION.
 THE APPLICANT SHALL SUBMIT A CERTIFIED COST ESTIMATE
 FOR THE COST OF THE DESIGN, PERMITTING AND CONSTRUCTION
 OF THE REQUIRED IMPROVEMENT AND POST A BOND IN THE
 AMOUNT OF 110% OF THE CERTIFIED COST ESTIMATE WITHIN 60
 DAYS OF THE SITE PLAN APPROVAL. FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF
 TRANSPORTATION CONDITION OF APPROVAL
  
 3) THE FOLLOWING SEPARATE PERMITS ARE REQUIRED:
  
 A. LANDSCAPE
 B. IRRIGATION
 C. SITE LIGHTING
 D. SIGNS
 E. PARKING LOT STRIPING
 F. FENCES AND GUARDRAILS
 G. BASKETBALL COURT AND PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT
 H. DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE
 I. WALKWAY CONNECTION TO OAKTON PRESERVE
 J. BICYCLE RACK
 K. CIVIL SITE WORK
  
 4) PLEASE NOTE: THE PRESERVE GUARD RAIL SHALL BE
 CONSTRUCTED SIMILAR TO THE GUARD RAIL USED AT THE
 CITY?S WATER TREATMENT PLANT (NOT DOT CORRUGATED
 METAL).
  
 5) PLEASE NOTE: THE PRESERVE FENCE SHALL BE VINYL
 COATED.
