 NAME AND SIGNATURE AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.2.1 CITY
 AMENDMENTS.
  
 C) CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS TO SPECIFY CURRENT CODE 2010
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL, AND PROVIDE ALL THE DESIGN CRITERIA
 INCLUDING WIND LOADS, AND OPENINGS DESIGN PRESSURES AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. R301 OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 2- SPECIFY BATHROOM VENTILATION AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 R303.3 OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 3- ACCORDING TO PROPERTY APPRAISER THE OWNER LIVES AT
 4122 ONEGA CIRCLE. WPB, FL 33409. AND, CLAIMS HOMESTEAD
 EXEMPTION ON THIS ADDRESS ALSO. IT LOOKS LIKE OWNER
 CAN'T QUALIFY AS AN OWNER/BUILDER UNDER FLORIDA STATUTE
 SEC. 489.103. NEED LICENSED CONTRACTOR TO APPLY FOR THE
 REQUIRED PERMITS.
  
 4- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW. AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 109.3 CITY AMENDMENTS
 VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS, OVERHEAD AND
 PROFIT AND ALL DESIGN PROFESSIONAL FEES. REVISE
 VALUATION AS REQUIRED TO INCLUDE ALL SCOPE OF WORK.
