 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. IT APPEARS THAT SINCE ORIGINAL SUBMITTAL OF THE
 PERMIT THAT THE SCOPE OF WORK HAS BEEN EXPANDED TO
 INCLUDE IMPROVEMENTS TO THE PARKING LOT, PEDESTRIAN
 CONNECTION TO THE PUBLIC SIDEWALK, ETC. AS THE PROPERTY
 IS CURRENTLY ZONED AS A COMMERCIAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
 (CPD), A MINOR AMENDMENT SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO AND
 APPROVED BY THE PLANNING DIVISION PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE
 OF A BUILDING PERMIT. PLEASE EMAIL ME FOR FOR A COPY OF
 THE APPLICATION.
  
 2. IN REVIEWING PHOTOS OF THE SITE, IT APPEARS THAT
 EXISTING LANDSCAPE AREA IS PROPOSED TO BE REMOVED TO
 ACCOMMODATE THE NEW PEDESTRIAN CONNECTION. REMOVAL OF
 ANY TREES SHALL REQUIRE THE ISSUANCE OF A TREE
 ALTERATION PERMIT, AND A REVISED LANDSCAPE PLAN WILL
 NEED TO BE APPROVED THROUGH THE MINOR AMENDMENT PROCESS
 DESCRIBED PREVIOUSLY.
  
 3. THE PARKING STALL STRIPING SHALL CONFORM TO THE
 CITY'S MINIMUM STANDARDS. THE COLORING OF THE STRIPING
 IS REVERSED FROM WHAT SHOULD BE PROVIDED; THE BLUE
 STRIPING SHOULD BE PROVIDED FOR THE ACCESSIBLE PARKING
 SPACE.
