| | (CPD), A MINOR AMENDMENT SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO AND |
| | APPROVED BY THE PLANNING DIVISION PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE |
| | OF A BUILDING PERMIT. PLEASE EMAIL ME FOR A COPY OF THE |
| | APPLICATION. |

| | 2. IN REVIEWING PHOTOS OF THE SITE, IT APPEARS THAT |
| | EXISTING LANDSCAPE AREA IS PROPOSED TO BE REMOVED TO |
| | ACCOMMODATE THE NEW PEDESTRIAN CONNECTION. REMOVAL OF |
| | ANY TREES SHALL REQUIRE THE ISSUANCE OF A TREE |
| | ALTERATION PERMIT, AND A REVISED LANDSCAPE PLAN WILL |
| | NEED TO BE APPROVED THROUGH THE MINOR AMENDMENT PROCESS |
