 PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSE TO COMMENTS.
  
 1) REPEAT COMMENT: THE LANDSCAPE PLAN HAS NOT BEEN
 APPROVED. FEATURES ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN WILL AFFECT
 THE PARKING LOT LAYOUT; THEREFORE, ZONING WILL NOT
 APPROVE THE PAVING PERMIT UNTIL THE LANDSCAPE PERMIT IS
 APPROVED. PLEASE REVIEW THE LANDSCAPE COMMENTS.
  
 2) REPEAT COMMENT: THE BUILDING IS NOT SHOWN ON THE
 SITE PARKING PLAN WITH THE SAME SETBACKS AS ARE SHOWN
 ON THE SURVEY. EX. THE SURVEY SHOWS THE EASTERN PORTION
 OF THE BUILDING ON THE SOUTH PROPERTY LINE WHILE THE
 SITE AND CIVIL PLANS SHOW THE BUILDING SET OFF THE
 PROPERTY LINE. PLEASE USE THE SURVEY AS A BASE FOR ALL
 PLANS.
  
 3) REPEAT COMMENT: PROVIDE DIMENSIONS ON THE PLANS FOR
 ALL OF THE PARKING SPACES, PARKING AISLES, PARKING
 BAYS, LANDSCAPE BUFFERS AND LANDSCAPE PARKING LOT
 ISLANDS. THE DIMENSION FOR THE SOUTHERN DRIVE AISLE ON
 THE EAST SIDE OF THE BUILDING WAS NOT INCLUDED.
  
 4) REPEAT COMMENT: THE PARKING AISLES SHALL BE 24 FEET
 WIDE WHERE 90 DEGREE PARKING IS USED. THE DRIVE AISLE
 AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE SITE DOES NOT MEET THIS
 REQUIREMENT. THE PARKING LOT SHOULD BE SQUARED OFF
 PARALLEL TO THE ALLEY.
  
 5) REVISED COMMENT: THE PARKING DETAIL FOR THE STANDARD
 PARKING SPACES SHALL STATE ?MINIMUM 8.5 FEET WIDE? NOT
 9 FEET WIDE TO COVER ALL CONDITIONS USED ON THE SITE.
 THE PARKING DETAIL SHALL NOT REFERENCE DADE STANDARDS
 AS THIS PROJECT IS IN THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH IN
 PALM BEACH COUNTY.
  
 6) REPEAT COMMENT: INCLUDE A COPY OF THE LATEST SURVEY
 WITH THE RESUBMITTAL.
  
 7) REPEAT COMMENT: A PARKING DATA TABLE SHALL BE
 PROVIDED ON THE PLAN WHICH LISTS THE REQUIRED AND
 PROVIDED PARKING.
  
 8) REVISED COMMENT: THE ARCHITECTURAL SITE PLAN SHOWS A
 NORTH/SOUTH CROSS HATCHED AREA IN THE WESTERN PARKING
 LOT THAT TERMINATES IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DRIVE AISLE
 WHICH IS NOT SHOWN ON THE CIVIL PAVEMENT MARKING PLAN.
 REMOVE THE CROSS HATCH AREA FROM THE ARCHITECTURAL SITE
 PLAN.
  
 9) NEW COMMENT: THE PLACEMENT OF THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE
 AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE BUILDING RESULTS IN A
 LONG DRIVEWAY APRON OUT TO THE ALLEY. THE REVISED PLANS
 SHOW A PARKING SPACE WITH ITS CORNER OVERLAPPED BY THE
 DRIVEWAY APRON. THIS IS NOT A LEGAL PARKING
 CONFIGURATION, AND EITHER THE SPACE SHALL BE REMOVED OR
 THE ENTIRE DUMPSTER SHALL BE MOVED SO AS NOT TO HAVE
 THE DRIVEWAY APRON CONFLICT WITH THE PARKING SPACE.
