 PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSE TO COMMENTS.
  
 1) THE LANDSCAPE PLAN HAS NOT BEEN APPROVED. FEATURES
 ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN WILL AFFECT THE PARKING LOT
 LAYOUT; THEREFORE, ZONING WILL NOT APPROVE THE PAVING
 PERMIT UNTIL THE LANDSCAPE PERMIT IS APPROVED.
  
 2) THE BUILDING IS NOT SHOWN ON THE SITE PARKING PLAN
 WITH THE SAME SETBACKS AS ARE SHOWN ON THE SURVEY. EX.
 THE SURVEY SHOWS THE EASTERN PORTION OF THE BUILDING ON
 TH SOUTH PROPERTY LINE WHILE THE SITE AND CIVIL PLANS
 SHOW THE BUILDING SET OFF THE PROPERTY LINE. PLEASE USE
 THE SURVEY AS A BASE FOR ALL PLANS.
  
 3) PROVIDE DIMENSIONS ON THE PLANS FOR ALL OF THE
 PARKING SPACES, PARKING AISLES, PARKING BAYS, LANDSCAPE
 BUFFERS AND LANDSCAPE PARKING LOT ISLANDS.
  
 4) THE PARKING SPACE WIDTHS SHALL BE OF A UNIFORM SIZE.
 THE SPACES SHALL BE EITHER 9 FEET IN WIDTH OR 8.5 FEET
 IN WIDTH (BOTH MAY BE USED). EXAMPLE: THE NORTH/SOUTH
 PARKING BAY ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE BUILDING WHICH IS
 LISTED AS 144?10? EQUAL SPACED IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.
  
 5) PROVIDE PARKING DETAILS FOR THE PARKING SPACES
 PROVIDED ON-SITE (ADA, 9 FOOT WIDE AND 8.5 FEET WIDE).
 PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CITY REQUIRES DOUBLE STRIPING FOR
 PARKING SPACES, NOT SINGLE SPACE AS INDICATED ON THE
 PLAN.
  
 6) THE PARKING AISLES SHALL BE 24 FEET WIDE WHERE 90
 DEGREE PARKING IS USED. THE DRIVE AISLE AT THE
 SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE SITE DOES NOT MEET THIS
 REQUIREMENT. THE PARKING LOT SHOULD BE SQUARED OFF
 PARALLEL TO THE ALLEY.
  
 7) THE DIMENSIONS GIVEN ON DETAIL A1 ON SHEET SP 1.3
 CONFLICT WITH THE DIMENSIONS SHOWN ON SHEETS SP 1.1 AND
 L-1. ALL DRAWINGS AND DETAILS SHALL SHOW SAME
 CONDITIONS AND DIMENSIONS.
  
 8) THE SOUTHERN ROW OF PARKING MAY NOT HAVE MORE THAN
 TEN PARKING SPACES IN A ROW WITHOUT AN INTERIOR
 LANDSCAPE ISLAND (5 FEET MINIMUM INTERIOR WIDTH) WITH A
 TREE.
  
 9) SHEET C-1 WAS NOT UPDATED TO REFLECT THE LATEST SITE
 PLAN.
  
 10) INCLUDE A COPY OF THE LATEST SURVEY WITH THE
 RESUBMITTAL.
  
 11) A PARKING DATA TABLE SHALL BE PROVIDED ON THE PLANS
 WHICH LISTS THE REQUIRED AND PROVIDED PARKING.
  
 12) PLEASE EXPLAIN THE NORTH/SOUTH CROSS HATCHED AREA
 IN THE WESTERN PARKING LOT THAT TERMINATES IN THE
 MIDDLE OF THE DRIVE AISLE.
