| | ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE |

| | WHEN THE BUILDING WAS CONSTRUCTED, THEN THE COMMENT IS |
| | SATISFIED. BOTH KEN AND THE CITY ARE LOOKING FOR A COPY |
| | OF THE ORIGINAL LANDSCAPE PLAN. |
