 ELEVATOR LOBBY #700: CONFIRM THE EXISTING DOOR HARDWARE
 FOR THE ELEVATOR LOBBY DOORS (DOOR TAG 701) ALLOWS FREE
 UNRESTRICTED ACCESS TO AT LEAST ONE STAIR EXIT AT ALL
 TIMES. PER SECTION NFPA 101 SECTION 7.2.1.6.3, EACH
 ELEVATOR LANDING AND LOBBY SHALL HAVE ACCESS TO AT
 LEAST ON EXIT. EXIT ACCESS SHALL NOT REQUIRE THE USE OF
 A KEY, TOOL, SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE, OR SPECIAL EFFORT.
 DOORS SEPARATING THE ELEVATOR LOBBY FROM THE EXIT
 ACCESS SHALL BE PERMITTED TO BE ELECTRONICALLY LOCKED
 IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 7.2.1.6.3.
  
 SEMINAR #912: ROOM INDICATES 52 CHAIRS (ASSEMBLY USE);
 PANIC HARDWARE SHALL BE PROVIDED ON DOORS TO RELEASE
 THE LOCK/LATCH WHEN THE OCCUPANT LOAD IS 50 OR MORE
 PERSONS PER THE FBC. NO OTHER LOCKS OR LATCHES ARE
 PERMITTED THAT WOULD NOT BE RELEASED BY THE PANIC
 HARDWARE.
  
 SEMINAR #912: EVERY ASSEMBLY USE ROOM NOT HAVING FIXED
 SEATS SHALL HAVE THE OCCUPANT LOAD OF THE ROOM POSTED
 IN A CONSPICUOUS PLACE NEAR THE MAIN EXIT FROM THE
 ROOM. SIGNS SHALL BE DURABLE AND INDICATE THE NUMBER OF
 OCCUPANTS PERMITTED FOR EACH ROOM.
  
 FIRE ALARM: NO ENGINEERED FIRE ALARM DRAWINGS
 SUBMITTED. PER FBC SECTION 907.1.1 CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS - "CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS FOR FIRE ALARM
 SYSTEMS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE
 LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND
 SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS
 OF THIS CODE, THE FLORIDA FIRE PREVENTION CODE, AND
 RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS
 DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL."
