 IN HEIGHT WITHIN THE FIRST 25 FT. OF RIDGEWOOD AVENUE,
 WITH EXCEPTION TO THE SEGMENT OF FENCE ADJACENT TO
 PARKER AVENUE. (ZLDR S. 94-302(B)(2))
