 AT 5808 GEORGIA AVENUE (PCN: 74-43-44-04-15-000-0590 ),
 ARE TO BE OWNED BY THE SAME PROPERTY OWNER.
  
 3.) THE SUBJECT PROPERTY CANNOT BE UTILIZED BY THE
 ADJACENT PROPERTY AT 5808 GEORGIA AVENUE UNLESS THE TWO
 PROPERTIES HAVE BEEN JOINED BY A UNITY OF TITLE. PLEASE
 CONTACT THE PALM BEACH COUNTY PROPERTY APPRAISER IF
 THIS IS THE INTENT, AND PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION,
 INCLUDING AN UPDATED SURVEY UPON RESUBMITTAL.
  
 4.) A STRIPPING PLAN IS REQUIRED FOR THE SUBJECT
 PROPERTY IF THE PROPERTY IS TO BE UTILIZED FOR
 ADDITIONAL PARKING FOR 5808 GEORGIA AVE.
  
 5.) PARKING AREA DESIGN AND STALL DIMENSIONS SHALL
