 PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING PLAN
 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. PHASES 8 AND 9 OF THE LANDSCAPE PHASING PLAN SHALL
 BE SUBMITTED UNDER A SEPARATE PERMIT APPLICATION. THE
 APPLICATION SHALL BE ACCOMPANIED BY TWO (2) SETS OF
 SIGNED/SEALED PLANS, AS WELL AS A CERTIFIED COST
 ESTIMATE (LABOR + MATERIAL). ALL LANDSCAPING WITHIN
 THESE PHASES SHALL BE INSTALLED PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE
 OF A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY / COMPLETION FOR THE
 PROPOSED SCOPE OF WORK.
  
 2. THE PLANS ARE UNCLEAR AS TO WHAT IS INCLUDED WITHIN
 THIS APPLICATION. THE PLANS PROVIDE DETAILS REGARDING
 FIELD LAYOUT, ETC. IT IS MY UNDERSTANDING THAT HEDRICK
 BROTHERS WILL NOT BE COMPLETING THIS PORTION OF THE
 PROJECT. THE PLANS NEED TO ACCURATELY REFLECT WHAT IS
 PROPOSED BY THIS PERMIT APPLICATION. IS THE FENCING
 SURROUNDING THE BASEBALL / SOFTBALL FIELDS INCLUDED?
 ARE THE SCOREBOARDS INCLUDED?
  
 3. THE BIKE RACKS ADJACENT TO THE SOFTBALL FIELDS NEED
 TO BE INSTALLED AS PART OF THE PROPOSED SCOPE OF WORK.
 PLEASE PROVIDE A DETAIL OF THE PROPOSED RACK. YOU MAY
 CONTACT ME VIA EMAIL FOR STANDARD BIKE RACKS THAT ARE
 ACCEPTED BY THE CITY.
  
 4. PERMIT PACKAGE INCLUDES A SITE LIGHTING PLAN. ARE
 ADDITIONAL LIGHTS BEING INSTALLED? IT IS MY
 UNDERSTANDING THAT A PERMIT WAS ALREADY ISSUED FOR THE
 INSTALLATION OF ALL OF THE LIGHT POLES / FIXTURES. IF
 THIS IS NOT THE CASE, OR ADDITIONAL LIGHTS ARE BEING
 INSTALLED, A PHOTOMETRIC PLAN SHALL BE PROVIDED. PLEASE
 NOTE THAT PHOTOMETRIC LEVELS SHALL NOT EXCEED 0.5
 FOOTCANDLES WHEN MEASURE IN THE ADJACENT RESIDENTIAL
 ZONING DISTRICT.
