 DENIED BY BUILDING
  
 1) THE STRUCTURE IS LOCATED IN EXPOSURE C PER FBC
 R301.1.4.3. PLEASE REVISE PLANS.
  
 2) THE WIND VELOCITY PRESSURES FOR WALL ZONES 4 & 5 ON
 SHEET S-4 ARE HIGHER THAN REQUIRED FOR A STRUCTURE
 LOCATED IN EXPOSURE B OR C WITH A MEAN ROOF HEIGHT OF
 LESS THAN 15 FEET AND A WINDSPEED OF 132 MPH VASD. SEE
 FBCR 301.2.1 AND R301.2.1.3
  
 3) SPECIFY THE WIND VELOCITY PRESSURES FOR THE LOW
 SLOPE ROOF ZONES 1, 2, AND 3 ON THE PLANS.
  
 4) TRUSS NOTE (G) ON SHEET S-4 INCORRECTLY SPECIFIES A
 140 MPH 3 SECOND GUST AND 120 MPH SUSTAINED WINDSPEED
 AND EXPOSURE B FOR THIS PROJECT.
  
 5) PROVIDE A SURFACE WATER DRAINAGE PLAN THAT SHOWS
 COMPLIANCE WITH FBCR 401.3.
  
 6) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBCR 806.2 FOR REQUIRED TOTAL
 NET FREE VENTILATING AREA OF THE ENCLOSED ATTIC SPACE.
 INDICATE ON THE PLANS THE SIZE AND LOCATIONS OF THE
 ATTIC VENTS ON THE PLANS WITH CALCULATIONS.
  
 7) THE MINIMUM THICKNESS FOR STUCCO ON A VERTICAL WALL
 ON METAL LATH OVER A SOLID BASE IS 7/8 " PER FBCR 703.6
 AND ASTM C 926. PLEASE REVISE THE PARAPET WALL SECTIONS
 ON A-6.
  
 8) FBC 703.6.3 REQUIRES A BOND BREAK BETWEEN THE STUCCO
 AND THE WATER-RESISTIVE BARRIER. PLEASE REVISE THE
 PARAPET WALL SECTIONS ON A-6.
  
 9) SUBMIT TWO SETS OF PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE
 EXTERIOR DOORS, WINDOWS, STRUCTURAL MULLIONS, GLASS
 BLOCK, ROOFING MATERIAL AND STRUCTURAL CONNECTORS THAT
 WILL BE USED ON THIS PROJECT AS REQUIRED BY DCA RULE
 9N-3.
  
 10) CITY AMENDMENT 107.3.4.1 REQUIRES THE PRODUCT
 APPROVALS TO BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD FOR THE PROJECT.
  
 11) THE VALUE FOR THIS PROJECT HAS BEEN INCREASED FROM
 $150,000.00 TO $197,000.00 BASED ON LATEST ICC
 VALUATION DATA. CITY AMENDMENTS 109.3
  
 NOTE: IN ORDER TO SPEED THE REVIEW TIME, PLEASE SUBMIT
 A RESPONSE LETTER INDICATING HOW EACH OF THE REVIEW
