 1. PLEASE CLARIFY ON PLANS THE HEIGHT OF THE PRIVACY
 WALL NOT UNDER ROOF. MAXIMUM HEIGHT PERMITTED IS 6
 FEET.
  
 2. VERIFY SETBACK OF MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT. MECHANICAL
 EQUIPMENT CANNOT PROTRUDE MORE THAN 4 FEET IN TO A
 REQUIRED SETBACK AND THE REQUIRED 'NON-ZERO SIDE' SIDE
 SETBACK IS 8 FEET.
  
 3. A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT IN CONFORMANCE WITH
 ARTICLE XIV SHALL BE SUBMITTED.
 NOTE: ZLDR SEC. 94-442(B)(2)A. - FOR SINGLE-FAMILY
 DWELLING UNITS, AT LEAST ONE SHADE, FLOWERING, OR FRUIT
 TREE SHALL BE PLANTED FOR EACH 1,200 SQUARE FEET OF
 OPEN SPACE OR PORTION THEREOF. FOR SINGLE-FAMILY
 DWELLING UNITS, AT LEAST ONE SHRUB SHALL BE PLANTED FOR
 EACH 500 SQUARE FEET OF OPEN SPACE OR PORTION THEREOF.
 PLEASE ADJUST CALCULATIONS ON THE TABLE TO REFLECT
 REQUIREMENTS OF THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH RATHER THAN
 PALM BEACH COUNTY. ALSO, THE LAYOUT OF THE LANDSCAPE
 PLOT PLAN IS NOT CONSISTENT WITH THE PLOT PLAN OF THE
 HOUSE AND DRIVEWAY ON THE SURVEY. PLEASE REVISE AND
 MAKE SURE THE DRIVEWAY WILL NOT INTERFERE WITH PROPOSED
 TREE LOCATIONS.
  
 4. SHOULD THERE BE ANY EXISTING TREES ON THE PROPERTY
 THAT NEED TO BE REMOVED OR RELOCATED, A TREE ALTERATION
 PERMIT THROUGH THE PLANNING DEPT. WILL BE REQUIRED.
