 SYSTEMS, AND SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS
 OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) SHEET C1. UNDER THE HEADING DESIGN CRITERIA THE
 DESIGNER LIST THE OCCUPANCY, AND BUILDING TYPE, THE
 PERMIT APPLICATION UNDERTHE DESCIPTION OF WORK WROTE
 EXISTING DAYCRE RENOVATIONS. THE DESIGNER NEEDS TO PICK
 UNDER THE 2010 FL EXISTING BUILDING CODE WHICH WHICH
 COMPLIANCE METHOD WAS USED INDEVELOPING THIS PLAN. FOR
 THIS REVIEW I WILL COMPLETE MY REVIEW USING THE WORK
 AREA METHOD, LEVEL II.
 101.5 COMPLIANCE METHODS.
 THE REPAIR, ALTERATION, CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY, ADDITION
 OR RELOCATION OF ALL EXISTING BUILDINGS SHALL COMPLY
 WITH ONE OF THE METHODS LISTED IN SECTIONS 101.5.1
 THROUGH 101.5.3 AS SELECTED BY THE APPLICANT.
 APPLICATION OF A METHOD SHALL BE THE SOLE BASIS FOR
 ASSESSING THE COMPLIANCE OF WORK PERFORMED UNDER A
 SINGLE PERMIT UNLESS OTHERWISE APPROVED BY THE CODE
 OFFICIAL. SECTIONS 101.5.1 THROUGH 101.5.3 SHALL NOT BE
 APPLIED IN COMBINATION WITH EACH OTHER.
  
 EXCEPTION: SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE CODE
 OFFICIAL, ALTERATIONS COMPLYING WITH THE LAWS IN
 EXISTENCE AT THE TIME THE BUILDING OR THE AFFECTED
 PORTION OF THE BUILDING WAS BUILT SHALL BE CONSIDERED
 IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE UNLESS
 THE BUILDING IS UNDERGOING MORE THAN A LIMITED
 STRUCTURAL ALTERATION AS DEFINED IN SECTION 807.4.3.
 NEW STRUCTURAL MEMBERS ADDED AS PART OF THE ALTERATION
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.
 ALTERATIONS OF EXISTING BUILDINGS IN FLOOD HAZARD AREAS
 SHALL COMPLY WITH SECTION 601.3.
  
 101.5.1 PRESCRIPTIVE COMPLIANCE METHOD.
 REPAIRS, ALTERATIONS, ADDITIONS AND CHANGES OF
 OCCUPANCY COMPLYING WITH CHAPTER 3 OF THIS CODE IN
 BUILDINGS COMPLYING WITH THE FLORIDA FIRE PREVENTION
 CODE SHALL BE CONSIDERED IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE.
  
 101.5.2 WORK AREA COMPLIANCE METHOD.
 REPAIRS, ALTERATIONS, ADDITIONS, CHANGES IN OCCUPANCY
 AND RELOCATED BUILDINGS COMPLYING WITH THE APPLICABLE
 REQUIREMENTS OF CHAPTERS 4 THROUGH 12 OF THIS CODE
 SHALL BE CONSIDERED IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS
 OF THIS CODE.
  
 101.5.3 PERFORMANCE COMPLIANCE METHOD.
 REPAIRS, ALTERATIONS, ADDITIONS, CHANGES IN OCCUPANCY
 AND RELOCATED BUILDINGS COMPLYING WITH CHAPTER 13 OF
 THIS CODE SHALL BE CONSIDERED IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE.
  
 2) 2010 FL EXST BLDG CODE MEANS OF EGRESS EXCEPTION #
 2. MEANS OF EGRESS CONFORMING TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF
 THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING AND THE FLORIDA
 FIRE PREVENTION CODE UNDER WHICH THE BUILDING WAS
 CONSTRUCTED SHALL BE CONSIDERED COMPLIANT MEANS OF
 EGRESS IF, IN THE OPINION OF THE CODE OFFICIAL, THEY DO
 NOT CONSTITUTE A DISTINCT HAZARD TO LIFE.
 SHEET A-1 THE EXISTING WHAT APPEARS TO BE FENCES WITH
 GATES, THERE DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE ANY WORK TO BE
 COMPLETED ON THESE ITEMS, BUT AS STATED ABOVE IF IN THE
 OPINION THEY DO NOT CONSTITUTE A DISTINCT HAZARD TO
 LIFE, IT WOULD APPEAR TO BE A ISSUE SINCE THEY SWING
 IN. THE SECOND QUESTION IS ARE THESE GATES LOCKED, IF
 SO HOW ARE THEY RELEASE IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY.
  
 2010 EXIST BLDG CODE 705.4.2 DOOR SWING. IN THE WORK
 AREA AND IN THE EGRESS PATH FROM ANY WORK AREA TO THE
 EXIT DISCHARGE, ALL EGRESS DOORS SERVING AN OCCUPANT
 LOAD GREATER THAN 50 SHALL SWING IN THE DIRECTION OF
 EXIT TRAVEL.
  
 3) WITH THE NEW WINDOWS AND DOORS THEY ARE TO MEET THE
 REQUIREMENTS OF 2010 EXISTING BUILDING CODE LEVEL II
 701.3 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS,
 COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE
 REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.
 SHEET A2 INDICATES THE WIND CRITERIA AS A B EXPOSURE,
 IN BOTH THE NE EXPOSURE AND SW EXPOSURE 1609.4.2
 SURFACE ROUGHNESS CATEGORIES "C". THIS SURFACE
 ROUGHNESS SHALL ALSO APPLY TO ANY BUILDING LOCATED
 WITHIN SURFACE ROUGHNESS B-TYPE TERRAIN WHERE THE
 BUILDING IS WITHIN 100 FEET HORIZONTALLY IN ANY
 DIRECTION OF OPEN AREAS OF SURFACE ROUGHNESS C OR
 D-TYPE TERRAIN THAT EXTENDS MORE THAN 600 FEET (182.9
 M) AND WIDTH GREATER THAN 150 FEET IN THE UPWIND
 DIRECTION. SHORT-TERM (LESS THAN TWO YEAR) CHANGES IN
 THE PRE-EXISTING TERRAIN EXPOSURE, FOR THE PURPOSES OF
 DEVELOPMENT, SHALL NOT BE CONSIDERED SURFACE ROUGHNESS
 C. PRESSURES TO BE RECALCULATED.
  
 4) SHEET A2 DETAIL # 2, INDICATES THE USE OF PAPER BACK
 LATH, PLEASE NOTE 2010 FBC-B 1404.2.1
 WHERE CEMENT PLASTER (STUCCO) IS TO BE APPLIED TO LATH
 OVER FRAME CONSTRUCTION, MEASURES SHALL BE TAKEN TO
 PREVENT BONDING BETWEEN THE CEMENT PLASTER AND THE
 WATER RESISTIVE BARRIER. A BOND BREAK SHALL BE PROVIDED
 BETWEEN THE WATER RESISTIVE BARRIER AND THE CEMENT
 PLASTER (STUCCO) CONSISTING OF ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:
 1. TWO LAYERS OF AN APPROVED WATER RESISTANT BARRIER OR
 2. ONE LAYER OF AN APPROVED WATER RESISTANT BARRIER
 OVER AN APPROVED PLASTIC HOUSE WRAP, OR
 3. OTHER APPROVED METHODS OR MATERIALS APPLIED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE MANUFACTURER?S INSTALLATION

 5) NO ROOFING PRODUCT APPROVAL WAS SUBMITTED FOR THE

 6) 2010 FBC 107.3.4.1 PRODUCT APPROVALS. THOSE PRODUCTS
 WHICH ARE REGULATED BY THE DCA RULE 9N-03 SHALL BE
 REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF
 RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
  
 7) BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE ISSUED, IMPACT
 FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL
 PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE, AND
 A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT
