 PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE AND IS NOT PERMITTED TO BE RENTED
 OR UTILIZED AS A SEPARATE ACCESSORY APARTMENT.
  
 NOTE: A THIRD METER FOR THE PROPERTY INDICATES THIS
 RENNOVATED SPACE WILL BE RENTED SEPARATELY WHICH IS NOT
 PERMITTED. AN ACCESSORY APARTMENT ALREADY EXISTS ON THE
 SECOND FLOOR OF THE ACCESSORY STRUCTURE ON THE PROPERTY
 WHICH IS GRANDFATHERED-IN. NO ADDITIONAL ACCESSORY
 APARTMENTS ARE PERMITTED AT THIS LOCATION.
