 1. APPEARS THAT RENOVATIONS WILL BE FOR AN ACCESSORY
 STRUCTURE IN THE REAR OF THE PROPERTY. PLEASE PROVIDE A
 SURVEY OR SITE PLAN INDICATING THE LOCATION OF THE
 PROPOSED STRUCTURE BEING RENOVATED.
  
 2. THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN THE SF14 ZONING DISTRICT.
 IF THE RENOVATION ARE TO CREATE AN ACCESSORY APARTMENT
 ON THE PROPERTY THEN THE APPLICANT MUST DEMONSTRATE
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE ADDITIONAL STANDARDS IN ZLDR
 SECTION 94-303. IT DOES NOT APPEAR THE PROPERTY WOULD
 MEET THE ADDITIONAL STANDARDS OF HAVING A MINIMUM LOT
 SIZE OF 6,000 SQ. FT. AND MINIMUM LOT DEPTH OF 60 FT.
 APPLICANT SHALL PROVIDE EVIDENCE THAT ALL ADDITIONAL
 STANDARDS IN ZLDR SECTION 94-303 CAN BE MEET IN ORDER
 TO HAVE AN ACCESSORY APARTMENT.
  
 3. IF APPLICANT CAN NOT MEET ALL THE ADDITIONAL
 STANDARDS THEN AN ACCESSORY APARTMENT WILL NOT BE
 PERMITTED AND AT MINIMUM THE APPLICANT WILL NEED TO
 REMOVE THE PROPOSED KITCHEN FACILITY FROM THE SUBMITTED
 PLANS IN ORDER FOR THE RENOVATION TO BE IN COMPLIANCE
 WITH THE ZONING CODE. ADDITIONALLY, THE DETACHED
 BEDROOM COULD ONLY BE ASSOCIATED WITH THE PRINCIPAL
 STRUCTURE AND WOULD NOT BE PERMITTED TO BE RENTED
 SEPARATELY.
