 AND SPECIFICATIONS SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH SEC. R301 OF

 ***(C) STRUCTURAL BUCK NEED TO PROVIDE FULL SUPPORT TO
 THE SLIDING GLASS DOOR FRAME AS REQUIRED BY SEC.

 3- VALUE DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO LOW.
 REVISE VALUE TO INCLUDE ALL THE LABOR, MATERIALS,
 OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AND DESIGN PROFESSIONAL FEES. SEC.
 109.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.

 4- MASTER BEDROOM: THERE WAS AN SLIDING GLASS DOOR
 LEADING OUT TO THE PORCH. THE EGRESS FROM THE MASTER
 BEDROOM IS AFFECTED. SPECIFY THE TYPE AND SIZE OF
 EXISTING WINDOW TO VERIFY IF THIS WINDOW WILL COMPLY
 WITH THE EGRESS REQUIREMENTS. SEC. 601.2 OF 2010
 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING.
  
 *(A) DRAWINGS SUBMITTED DON'T SHOW SIZE OF HORIZONTAL
 SLIDER WINDOW.
 **(B) DRAWINGS SUBMITTED SHOW WINDOWS ON THE NORTH WEST
 WALL. (NORTH ARROW ON KEY MAP SUBMITTED NEED TO BE
 REVISED TO MATCH ACTUAL BUILDING ORIENTATION. SEE
 AERIAL MAP ON PROPERTY APPRAISAL RECORDS). THIS WALL IS
 ON THE ZERO LOT LINE AND OPENINGS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
 REVISE DRAWINGS AS REQUIRED.
 ***NOTE: ANY OPENINGS ON THE THIS WALL NEED TO BE
 ENCLOSED WITH ONE HOUR FIRE RATED ASSEMBLY. (NOTE:
 OPENINGS ON THIS WALL WILL BE VERIFIED BY THE
 INSPECTOR).
