 1- AFTER PLANS ARE REVISED, BRING THEM TO THE PALM
 BEACH COUNTY BUILDING (2300 N. JOG RD.) TO VERIFY IF
 IMPACT FEES ARE DUE. BRING BACK COUNTY STAMPED PLANS
 AND COPY OF PAID RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE. REQUIRED BY
 THE COUNTY IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE OF THE UNIFIED LAND
 DEVELOPMENT CODE.
  
 2- PROVIDE ENERGY CALCULATIONS. SEC. 101.4.3 OF 2010
 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION.
 ***NOTE: PLEASE MAKE SURE FORM IS FILLED COMPLETELY,
 INCLUDING THE INFORMATION ON TOP OF FORM AND IS
 CERTIFIED AND DATED BY ALL THE PARTIES AT BOTTOM OF
 FORM.
  
 3- PROVIDE COMPLETE DRAWINGS SHOWING FRAMING DETAILS
 AND SPECIFICATIONS SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH SEC. R301 OF
 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 4- SPECIFY THE DESIGN PRESSURES FOR ALL EXTERIOR DOORS.

 ***NOTE: ACCORDING TO SEC. R301.2.1.4.3 OF 2010
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL, THIS BUILDING IS LOCATED IN EXPOSURE
 "C".
  
 5- SPECIFY SIZES OF NEW SLIDING GLASS DOORS. SEC.
 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 6- PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN TO PROVIDE NAME
 AND SIGNATURE AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.2.1 CITY
 AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 7- VALUE DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO LOW.
 REVISE VALUE TO INCLUDE ALL THE LABOR, MATERIALS,
 OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AND DESIGN PROFESSIONAL FEES. SEC.
 109.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 8- MASTER BEDROOM: THERE WAS AN SLIDING GLASS DOOR
 LEADING OUT TO THE PORCH. THE EGRESS FROM THE MASTER
 BEDROOM IS AFFECTED. SPECIFY THE TYPE AND SIZE OF
 EXISTING WINDOW TO VERIFY IF THIS WINDOW WILL COMPLY
 WITH THE EGRESS REQUIREMENTS. SEC. 601.2 OF 2010
 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING.
  
 9- NEW ENCLOSED LIVING AREA: SPECIFY ON PLANS FINISH
 FLOOR HEIGHT IN REFERENCE TO THE FINISHED GRADE TO
 VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH SEC. R404.1.6 AND R704.
  
 ****NOTE: PLEASE PROVIDE A RESPONSE LETTER ADDRESSING
 EACH COMMEENT. THIS WILL EXPEDITE THE REVIEW PROCESS.
